This place is great. Answered all my wife's food allergy questions, let us move tables twice, were super nice to us and served a wicked big plate of delicious roast pork dinner for 15.95e in one of the biggest tourist traps in Ireland. How could I not give them 5 stars. If your in Waterford look them up for lunch or dinner.

Just had a pint and it was great.

The staff, Helen ,Cian, Johnny Beans, and of course India, were absolutely hospitable! We loved the food ,ambiance and conversations! Best part you ask? The toilets are on the same level!! If you know you know!

Great place for food, a drink, or just a coffee in central Waterford.

I was looking for a place to eat with my family and the gingerman did not disappoint. When I am in waterford again I will definitely be coming back. The food was well priced, with good portion size and tasty

Beautiful pub tucked away off the street with a nice relaxed atmostphere and comfy seating. Had a delicious dinner, food cooked to perfection in lovely portions at a reasonable price, and a nice selection of drinks. Very pleasant manager and a really lovely young barman who was very kind to us when we didn't realise the closing time and stayed a tad late, a credit to himself and the pub - we hope to be back, but in a more time aware manner next time!

Had a craic of a time at the Gingerman. We stopped for a local Irish fare at a pub and we are so glad we did. The place is so amazing, the staff was awesome. Be aware the portions are large lol
