The Greenery in Malahide

This place is stunning! I love the decoration. We got served quickly and food was good, but I find it a little bit overpriced even for Malahide. The milkshakes are spot on though and the dish presentation is great 😊

Just want to flag that this place is not dog friendly, I just called to check. I’ve eaten there before and it’s really tasty and good service, just want to flag because could be confusing for fellow dog owners

We went there for my wife’s birthday as this is her favourite restaurant. We had our daughter in wheelchair with us and they found us very nice spot with extra space. My wife had chicken burger which she always has there and she swears by it. I had rump of lamb and I think it was one of very few times that I felt fed after finishing a meal in a restaurant. Didn’t have that feeling “oh I wish the portion was a bit bigger”. The food was really good. Staff there are very friendly and treat everyone like family

Lovely dog friendly cafe. Brunch and coffee were delicious! Welcoming staff and good vibes. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice brunch spot with their four legged companions

Really nice food. Not a lot of options on the lunch menu but better to do a few things really good than lots of things average! Nice to eat on the terrace with a view of the sea (kind of, there are a few hills in the way)

The food here is really good. I’ve never had a bad meal here and it’s in a prime location, right opposite the beach car park and three minute walk to Malahide Village. On a sunny day, the views are stunning and the interior of the restaurant is gorgeous. The table setting is so lovely and they even have Malden salt in little wooden pots. The Diet Coke/soft drink is served with a slice of lime or lemon and even if that feels like a small thing, you don’t get it that often in many restaurants. I usually got the smashed avocado and poached eggs on sourdough or the chicken pesto salad which is huge and delicious. The food is always really fresh. The one side to this place is that the staff just aren’t that friendly. They’re just not very warm. One of the staff members today was continuously yawning and bashed into the back of my chair as she walked past and didn’t apologise. Customer services incredibly important to me especially as I have children so it’s disappointing when you’re paying €17 for a salad and a drink to have staff, he seem completely disinterested and quite cold.
