My favourite place to stay and have never had a bad experience here, and I have been coming here 25 years. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable. And the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful.

A few weeks ago, my girlfriend and I visited the hotel’s restaurant for a birthday breakfast, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, the staff were warm and professional, and the food was absolutely delicious. We left very satisfied and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Lovey hotel with the most scenic views. Attended the Coronas in Kelly's room last night, service was top notch. Well organised, the can not commend the staff enough for how well they all communicated with customers for times, directions, bus arrival back into the city. An unbelievable night..lovely seating areas, chip van on site also was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend

Went for breakfast. Food was lovely. Service a bit slow and wasn't particularly busy but staff were lovely . Great location , not a lot of parking so be prepared to park out on road .

Just had afternoon tea at the Haven Hotel and it was absolutely superb. The service was impeccable there was a young girl called Nadine working and she made the experience a million times nicer, she was exceptional. Will definitely be back again it was amazing.

Just back from a night in the Haven Hotel. Disappointed to say the least. Was in a separate building from the Hotel which has three rooms. Small room and the smell in the bathroom was awful. Lucky for us it wasn’t raining as we had to walk outside to get to the hotel for dinner and breakfast. Evening meal bland and overcooked! Breakfast was nice and lady serving it was lovely. Woken next morning by construction noise on site which we were told about so overall not a great experience unfortunately.

We stayed here last night. Beautiful old world family hotel. Friendly greetings and very friendly staff. Despite their work on a new function room, we had a wonderful stay with sea view room. Thanks to all. We will be back.
