Beautiful restaraunt, amazing staff, very accommodating, phenomenal food. Really phenomenal food. Spotlessly clean and fresh interior. Absolutely stunning. Worth a detour, as the Michelin guide would say.

Wonderful food, surroundings and service. It would make a great occasions place. Visiting Ireland after a 3 year absence, the prices are eyewatering but this was worth it at €83 for 2 for 2 courses inc a glass of wine.

Highly recommended foods was amazing. Atmosphere warm and so welcoming. The Manager Laura and her staff was so welcoming to us .It was lovely to see that she sat down and talked with us and with other customers . This acknowledgement to take time to sit and chat with customers is fantastic to see and what is lacking in alot of restaurants. It was my partner birthday and laura and her staff brought him his dessert and sang happy birthday to him such a lovely taughtfull thing to do . Laura also showed us the rest of the restaurant when we were finished our meal and gave us great ideas for large family occasions meals and also told us they have also catered for a wedding .We definitely will be back . Highly recommended to come and see for yourself. We'll done everyone at the oak room 👏👏👏

Booked a table well in advance which is advisable. The food is spectacular, duck confit tartlet, braised pork cheek as starters, great blend of flavours & textures. Steak & halibut as mains..steak was on the tough side and the fish slightly overcooked but the accompaniments helped ease any disappointment. Strawberry tart with elderflower sorbet was really good, sorbet was gorgeous. Drinks orders were a bit slow but not the end of the world. Overall great food with a few minor let downs. Definitely worth a visit again.

We had a dinner with a small group of 5. Service was personal and friendly. Prices are very economical for the quality delivered. I would really recommend this place.

Excellent quality food and the service was spot on. Portion sizes were as you'd expect for a la carte but tasted beautiful.

My husband & I had our first date here on 24.07.22 & had our wedding reception dinner here 2 years later on 24.07.24. Upon arrival we were greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne, were treated to extras between courses & were congratulated by every member of staff (including the kitchen via a caramel sauce “Congratulations” on our dessert plates). We’ve been there a total of 3 times & the food & staff have always been wonderful. God forbid the place ever closes otherwise we will have to bring a packed lunch & eat it outside the building to celebrate our future anniversaries.
