The Local in Dungarvan

First class restaurant especially in the sunshine. Hard to get a table outside. Staff very pleasant. Food delicious great selection portion very good. Would recommend this place.

This was my 3rd time here with my sister. We went in around 12.30 I ordered some kind of Deise burger meal and my sister ordered fish. The food came out straight away which was a giveaway. The burger was like 3 chicken dippers real processed dry in a bun it was definitely a reheat the fish was the same . Put me off won't go or recommend this place again such a pity as it was nice before

Truly one of the best pubs I’ve been to around Ireland! - Food and service was fantastic - Guinness and Smithwicks were top notch - Music on both Friday and Saturday was amazing, excellent musicians - Atmosphere was great All round a fantastic pub!

Great looking bar, but its more of a restaurant and not a bar,the food's very tasty Good pint of stout.

Popped in there midweek lately, lunchtime - passing through Dungarvan - absolutely immaculate throughout, full of Deise character and excellent quality & value food. Very impressive spot.

Quant, truly Irish pub, loved the visit and the Guiness

Heard good things about the local so thought I would give it a go . Really nice atmosphere as I stepped in from the freezing temperatures and the pub was busy for an early Thursday evening . Ordered a Heineken, ordered the Mexican burger with a wine . Burger was great as were the home cooked chips and drinks were good . Certain places I visit I don’t feel relaxed or welcomed when working away but what a breath of fresh air here. Thank you team for a lovely experience and I will probably come back tomorrow as it was that nice
