We were there for an occasion so it was a set menu but if that's the standard wow absolutely first class would I recommend definitely.

Amazing place, a sanctuary, good food, good mood; John was always so nice to me and my partner through all the years we frequented; got us thru some tough times, had some really happy moments here. Only stopped going because covid, and they kept us fed with breakfast lunch dinner thru their takeout service, utterly indispensable resource, no overstatement. I only get to go in the odd Sunday morning these days (i was in at 10am yesterday, xmas tree, decorations, fireside, beautiful). Had the full breakfast, outstanding quality, as usual.

Nice place food was very nice staff very friendly but the only complaint would be it was quite cold in the restaurant even when we asked for the heating ti be turned on there was still a quite cold breeze

Amazing food and absolutely love design and style of the restaurant, quality of food is top notch alongside friendly staff. Amazing thing is 17€ per meal “chefs menu” which makes it affordable for family and bigger groups. Here is chicken curry with chips & rice , one of the best I had in Ireland.

Always full so you will need to book ahead

A nice pint & the food looked excellent, the people next us were tucking into nicely presented plates of food which smelt delicious. If we hadn't had an Ulster Fry an hour or so before hand we would have tucking into a plate of food ourselves!

Great spot, My father had the sizzling beef and it was massive, I had the fillet steak and it was cooked to my liking and seasoned just right
