The Valley Inn in

The Valley Inn is close to Drogheda and is a popular place for tourists and locals to visit. There is plenty of free parking on site with seating outside. I have visited the Valley Inn on many occasions and it never disappoints. The food is excellent with Breakfast, lunch and everything meals served. There is a dedicated restaurant which can be booked. The Inn itself has an "old world" charm with traditional wood used throughout. Traditional furnishings with low ceilings give the interior a comfortable and cosy feel. The staff are friendly and service with a smile is always welcome. The Valley Inn is a popular stop off for many types of visitors. Tourists on their way to the Cooley Peninsula, families visiting the local beaches and Cycling Groups and Car Clubs. It attracts a wide variety of people which says lot about this great place.

Beautiful place for food and staffs friendly

Thank you to all the staff who help celebrate a big 50th birthday last night. Everything was fantastic Jenny & Paul went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks again guys.

This was a lovely place, and the food was worth it.

First of all, ignore the one star review by Katie; there was absolutely nothing racist about any of the people working here. Honestly, they were about as nice and accommodating as could be. I had the three course set menu (wings, Chicken Supreme, dessert), and my wife had the soup (okay, we shared the wings and dessert). Everything was great...no issues. We liked the place so much we went back for breakfast the next day. Excellent.

It was my father in laws birthday and as a treat we took him to The Valley Inn. The restaurant is very cosy and clean. The service was first class. The menu has a great section of food with great prices. The food quality and quantity was 11/10. We ordered mains for three of Mediterranean Cod with potato gratin, the fish was superb and the side was excellent. The second mains was chicken sizzler, what a dish, possibly the best eaten in a long time. The third mains was cod and boiled potatoes the cod was cooked perfectly and the potatoes were excellent. We added a side of chips and french fried onions both were class. Guys this a Superb place to eat, with excellent service. Highly recommended. Yes we will be back. 11/10.
