The West in Westport

Ate here twice during our stay in Westport. Food was absolutely delicious and very well presented. Big thank you to Amber who looked after us both nights.

We just had dinner this evening. Very reasonably priced. We had a ceaser salad and chips, a salmon dish and a Cajun pasta dish followed by berry and apple crumble with Bailey's and brown bread ice cream. The girls were all so lovely. Glad we booked a table because it was very busy. We will be back again soon. Thank you guys.

Staff was really nice. The appetizer (fried Brie) was ok, but the linguine really bad. The sauce was basically just milk and tasted like nothing. For the price it was really not worth it.

Delicious seafood chowder and, for game lovers, duck in wine sauce.

Really lovely restaurant Staff very helpful & friendly especially Lily. She helped us to find places of interest in the area. Very reasonable priced. We were in Westport for 3 nights. Dined in The West 2 nights.

Food was grand, service was brillant.

A generously sized restaurant located in the heart of Westport, near the river. It has a veranda and outdoor seating. The restaurant is spread across several rooms, and there are several TVs for watching sports. I was there for dinner. The staff was attentive, helpful, and quick with their service. The food is good, although the menu isn't very varied. It's adequate, but unfortunately the beer selection isn't great. The dessert menu is good. I had soup and sea bass with puree and cooked vegetables.

A week ago I went to lunch with my boyfriend at 2:50 pm and we were served by a young lady with blonde hair, she brought things to the table almost throwing them, her behavior was rude all the time, when my boyfriend asked or asked something she would answer weirdo.But I like the restaurant, I've been there other times with friends and it was different.

We booked the west for communion celebration dinner and very happy we did. Everything from the set menu, service and value were second to none. We were a large group of 23 adults and 8 kids. Everyone was pleased with their meal. Food was served seamlessly by great staff. The function room upstairs is a great space. We were allowed to decorate the evening before and nothing was too much trouble for Martin and his staff. The West surpassed itself today. If you have any celebration coming up I highly recommend the west you will not be disappointed

bellissimo edificio, colorato ed attraente, posizione comoda vicino al fiume, interno accogliente e caldo, staff gentile e disponibile, menù molto buono con piatti della tradizione e non solo, porzioni giuste a prezzi nella media, buone birre disponibili.
