What a great place!! We spent a couple of days here. Everyone from the start were so friendly, casual, cool, yet efficient and on it! Great food, great service and a great pint of Guinness. Off street parking at the back, accessed down the left side of the building and room for maybe 9 or 10 cars. Shauna and team were a delight! We'll see you guys again!! Five stars all day long ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed here for 2 nights and couldnt be happier with picking this place. We were debating between a few options and am so glad we went with this B&B. The town is just large enough to have a bit of anything you are looking for, but small enough that it has quite the charm, is easy to walk to every store, and is quiet in the nights. The B&B room was fantastic with a very comfy bed and the rooms also came with complementary water bottles. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning. Shauna was very personable and gave us tips for our adventures including which way to drive to experience other activities and what to do to make the most of our want-to-do list. The only challenge was the parking lot, which is immediately to the left to the lodge. It's very small with one way in and out, and it's difficult to see incoming traffic when leaving. However despite this all, we didn't run into any problems. Sheena also offered that if we ever came back and didn't see any spots to let her know and she would move her car, as well as offered an alternative nearby option to park our car. Thrilled with our entire experience here.

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wild Atlantic Lodge Bed & Breakfast in Ballyvaughan, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the new owner, Shauna Browne. Shauna is an exceptional host who genuinely cares about her guests. She took the time to get to know us, shared local knowledge, recommended must-see attractions, and even provided insider tips that helped us save money and make the most of our visit. Her hospitality made us feel less like customers and more like welcomed friends. The B&B itself is charming, cozy, and incredibly inviting. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort and authenticity. Our room was clean, comfortable, and remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful place to relax after long days exploring the beautiful west coast of Ireland. The location is ideal for anyone looking to experience the stunning scenery of County Clare, including the Burren, the Cliffs of Moher, and the Wild Atlantic Way. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a sightseeing adventure, or simply a place to unwind, Wild Atlantic Lodge is the perfect choice. If you’re considering a stay in Ballyvaughan, do yourself a favor and book here. Between the comfortable accommodations, excellent location, and Shauna’s outstanding hospitality, you won’t be disappointed. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit to Ireland.

We spent the night in this small hotel by chance. We received a very warm welcome, the staff were very pleasant and understanding, the meal was wonderful, and there was a small pub where we could enjoy a traditional Irish Smithwiks. We slept very well. I recommend it if you're passing through on your way to the Cliffs of Moher for a stopover.

Our walking group stayed for 4 nights at the Wild Atlantic Lodge and we were so impressed. Shauna and all the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Rooms very comfortable. Freshly cooked breakfast made to order each morning. We enjoyed excellent dinner menu on 2 evenings in the restaurant. A real gem.

A must visit! We came here 25 years ago for our honeymoon and the nostalgia was real coming back. Shauna and team have outdone themselves, from the interior remodel of the hotel, preservation of the pub atmosphere, and revamping of the upscale menu - it is the premier place to stop when in Ballyvaughan! Don’t miss out on the sticky toffee pudding - you’ll regret not ordering it.

A place where they make you feel truly at home. Always available and smiling. The rooms are really clean and welcoming, and the staff is extremely courteous. We even had dinner one evening on our way home, and I must say the food was truly exquisite. In short, if you're interested in that area for your tour, don't hesitate to book; you'll have a great time.

We went to the resturant here. The food was fabulous and environment was great. I tried the Smoked Coley hot pot and my boyfriend tried the creamy pasta. Both were delicious. Ended our meal with the Raspberry Pavolva (from the limited menu) with coffees. Give it a try if you're in the area.
