Stunning breakfast! such friendly staff! delicious breakfast (2 sausages but I was so hungry I ate one before the picture) Tea / Coffee included in breakfast options. Value for money and a very nice cafe! 10/10

Best coffee and treats. Visited a few times beautiful and friendly HONEST PLACE. Lost my phone was shopping and ready to pay , when I realised no phone or cash or cards. They found my phone and held onto it. Everything as it was in phone. Thanks guys. Super friendly even on the first visit .

Had 2 breakfast blas and tea, absolutely delicious food and staff really helpful and friendly. Slightly expensive though. Had a hot chocolate yo go aswell and wow it was amazing. Lovely atmosphere too

02/01/2025: Quaint, cosy tea rooms/bar in kilkenny, very central and atmospheric on a wet morning! Staff were very friendly and great service!
06/12/2024: The blueberry banana porridge scone was very moist and packed full fiber. The sausage roll was flakey and tasted good. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. No toilet.

This old-school pub exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel like regulars. The beer was absolutely fantastic - perfectly poured and ice-cold - just what we needed after a long day of exploring Ireland. But what truly sets Hackett's apart is the incredible staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Their genuine hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. We had such a blast at Hackett's, laughing, chatting, and soaking in the authentic Irish pub vibe. It's the perfect place to unwind with friends and experience the true spirit of Ireland. We can't wait to return to Hackett's on our next trip to Ireland. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable pub experience!
