I had dinner here recently and it was delicious. Staff are very friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about their gluten free options. Most of the menu could be adapted for gluten free. Staff were also very aware of cross contamination. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

It was recommended for its food! But both breakfast and diner where below standard. Waiter seemed kind but inexperienced. Location is good.

Great hotel perched right by the water in historic Kinsale. Open your window and you can hear the waves lapping the shore.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Ireland. The rooms are huge. Every room has a view. Location was fantastic. Totally enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommend.

Bastion

28/09/2026: My partner and myself had a lovely meal here on a Saturday night. Paul and Helen are exceptional at what they do and I'd highly recommend for anyone to try it. We enjoyed every course. Nothing was too experimental the way some Michelins can be sometimes. It was just good food cooked well with great service.

The Lord Kingsale

04/05/2026: Absolute pleasure to have met the staff and local patrons to the Lord kingsale. Noreen in particular was more than accommodating and always happy to help with anything they could accommodate you with. Not many places like the Lord and would happily return anytime !
04/05/2026: Lovely pub. Super place for a few creamy pints. Top class
