We usually Pop in for breakfast, always lovely food and great local staff.

Just had my hen party here this past weekend and honestly the hotel couldn't do more for us, rooms are spotless, staff are so friendly and amazing, it was such a huge hotel, there was a dj on Saturday night we had an absolute ball, didn't even need to go to the nightclub that was planned for us, it was just perfect, very centrally located 5 minute walk from the train station, 10 minute walk to the city center everything within walking distance, will definitely be back and will spread the word about this hotel, it was amazing, thank you to this hotel ❤️❤️

Had dinner here on a visit to kilkenny. Staff were friendly, effucient & food was nice.

I stayed at the Kilford Arms hotel last night. It was my first time traveling alone. It's in a great location, and is a short walk away from MacDonagh Junction and the train station. The room was comfy, but the television did not work in my room, but I did not mind as I spent a lot of time out and about. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Andrea at reception and Ella in the bar. Only downsides for me was the shower in my room was very awkward to use and I found it difficult trying adjust the temperature. I wasn't a massive fan of breakfast, but that could have just been me. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel for a short stay, especially for a shopping trip / staycation within Ireland. The prices are good and it's a comfy and welcoming hotel.

Kilkenny is fab. Hotel could do with a good old up date. Food excellent and service fab. 2 bars and old historic church with the bar built around it is priceless
