White Oak Restaurant in Kilkenny

Nice atmosphere but a bit noisy. Food was good and the service, although lacking a smile.

The view was amazing, we could see five historic buildings, and we were in a great location! The staff was helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We had a great time.

Traditional hotel in a central location with good value for money. Spacious rooms. Somewhat noisy at night due to partygoers in the immediate vicinity.

Myself and my wife stayed two nights in the Kilford Arms which is smack in the center of Kilkenny. The bus from Dublin airport stops a two minute walk from it. We had a voucher/deal which was for two nights including breakfast and one dinner which was excellent value. The breakfasts was outstanding, the room warm and comfortable and the staff very friendly. There are two bars attached to the hotel and if you are a resident you can get served late in the residents bar which is really lovely. We had a great experience.. highly recommended.

Ideal location & great value for money! The room was basic in terms of decor but comfortable & quiet too, exactly what needed when looking for somewhere to stay for a wedding nearby! Couldn't fault anything, breakfast & bar food good too.

Location is nice, room is well ventilated with the fan, except the shower for hot water can't be controlled, it can get too hot in the shower
