Great food, better to take away, few tables inside and very small

Zambero in Maynooth I recently visited Zambrero in Maynooth and had the signature burrito. It was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and was great value for money. The service was excellent too. I was served by Micheál, who made a fantastic burrito and was friendly throughout. If you’re looking for tasty food and great service, I would highly recommend Zambrero Maynooth!

I'm from the US and am visiting Ireland for the first time. I love tacos and Mexican style food back home so I decided to try the Irish version of tacos. It was amazing. I had softshell beef tacos with lettuce and cheese and corn and some kind of garlic sauce. They warm the shells until they are just slightly crispy and then fill them with shredded beef and whatever toppings you choose. I had tons of questions because I'm a curious person and I cook at home a lot. Darcey helped me and was so amazing. She was friendly and answered all my questions. Even giving me a rundown of the different spice levels of their various meats. They had a bunch of different sauces that she also described to me so I could have what was a perfect meal. Tasted amazing, filled me up and I had great company too. The staff continued to chat with me a bit about home and stuff. Will definitely be going back for a quesadilla maybe!

Had the burrito bowl. The chicken was really good and had lots of flavour. Salsa and salad were very fresh. Service also deserves a mention as staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value too. I will be returning.

Beautiful chicken quesadilla. Filled to perfection. Such a fab lunch or dinner. So tasty.

As an Indian who prefers eating vegetarian. It's rather hard to find flavourful and balanced meal options but Zambrero is my go to. Great staff, serving amazing burritos. Would highly recommend.

Great fresh food. Lots of options and staff were v helpful with advising choices, as I like tasty but not spicy. Restaurant was clean. Highly recommend.
