10/12/2024: Any 2 meals for €20 and when going to pay it suddenly jumped to €28.Never again going back there.

08/12/2024: Food was okay, got a discord milkshake that had no taste off it at all it was disgustingly, and waited an hour to get our shakes and another half hour for the food which was extremely greasy. Severely disappointed and wouldn’t go back.

25/11/2024: Shocking experience. Despite confirming the order with staff to ensure everything was correct, it still came out wrong. This place used to serve great food years ago, but it seems poor training for the kitchen staff has caused a significant decline. The quality has completely fallen apart. Avoid at all costs.

23/11/2024: I had an appalling experience at this establishment.I went in with my three friends and two ordered the exact same as me, and as they ate their food,I was still waiting. I politely enquired about my food and was met with a sassy response. 40 minutes and one more enquiry later,I was still without my food. So, I went down and asked for a refund.This took 5 minutes or so. But, as I left the building,I was stopped by the abrasive manager who accused me of lying and stealing in an extremely threatening manner, telling me he would check the cameras and that he was sure I was lying. I am NOT impressed with this service, and I sincerely hope it does not happen again, as other supermacs are usually much more organised.The staff have appalling customer service skills, and it's clear they are severely understaffed.The only person of staff who was any way polite was a woman called Borislava,who was very kind. It's very disappointing to see a once reputable establishment go to seed like this,and the manager is no better. After looking at other recent reviews, it's clear he does not respect his customers

22/11/2024: My daughter and her friends have come home complaining about the service multiple times. If they are in a group but one person doesn’t buy their own personal meal, that person is kicked out. They have told the workers multiple times that the person will be sharing with them but they are still refused. I don’t see why every member of the group needs to buy food. Some kids don’t have enough money, sharing, or simply don’t want food but don’t want to sit outside the restaurant while all their friends sit inside eating. They have been kicked out in pure lashing rain, alone. They also don’t let anyone in if they have food or drink from another shop/restaurant despite buying food from supermacs too. Most of the problems arise with this one young female worker and a short female assistant manager I believe. But it isn’t just them, all the workers are rude and uninterested. The young female worker once refused to let them share, kicked one girl out and let her sit in the rain outside the restaurant, waved and laughed with a coworker. This is completely sickening behaviour. The employee team is mostly made up of teenagers but they should still have some decency and respect for customers. The place has gone to rubbish. I think they should get rid of most of the workers and put it under a new management team. It’s a shame as there are reportedly a few nice workers but they aren’t there often. Do better supermacs.
