24/01/2025: Ordered 4 items for takeaway, we waited over 2 hours for it to arrive. Placed an order at 7pm and by 9pm we had talked to 3 different members of staff about the food not arriving. Each time they told me the driver had left, then retracted saying that the driver was collecting our food and then said they were only cooking it. On my third attempt at speaking with a staff member, they were quite rude and told me they didn’t receive my order until 8pm and that I was lying. They said “what do you want me to do about it”, they had no solution to this issue. Not to mention we got delivered cold food. We are repeat customers to Samyo and we are appalled at the treatment we received tonight. We will not be ordering from here again. Please see my order below for reference to my order time. My advice, find a more reputable Asian food takeaway in Galway.

11/02/2025: Great to be able to get back to Daata, after nearly 2 years. The food has got better if that is even possible, but every dish a taste sensation. Will 100% be back again and would recommend anyone try here, you'll not be disappointed ☺

08/02/2025: Good chips in the spice bag and they make it extra spicy and tailor to tofu if you like. The Malaysian satay sauce is unreal as well or the regular curry sauce. The photo shows only half the spice bag in a bowl.

29/01/2025: My regular Asian supermarket in Dublin. There is not much space to park far from street parking so I often have a trouble to find a spot. Also there’s a hidden Koran restaurant inside

02/02/2025: The best thai resteraunt i have ever went to, as a thai person myself, its a hidden gem! Ordered the phad thai and the amount of flavours was amazing. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice tucked away resturant and offers the closest tasteing food to thailand.

02/02/2025: The wings were a disaster, dry and old and as if they had been reheated 5 times, the Thai shrimps were the cheapest frozen food from Tesco. for main courses we had duck, i.e. red curry with pieces of dry skin from a week ago, and sea food curry was ok. the decor of a cheap bar and the sticky menu. Overall, I wouldn't go back there.

14/02/2025: Proper and great service. Could be a teeny bit cheaper but otherwise great. Me and a friend (who happens to be a girl) went here on Valentine’s Day and were treated like a couple which was hilarious. The server took couples pictures of us hahahaha.

01/02/2025: An amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, and the waitress was incredibly kind, always smiling, and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. A fantastic place that I highly recommend!
