11/10/2025: Just got a take away, awful soggy chips, extremely salty Cantonese sauce could not eat my dish, spice bag chicken like rubber. Very expensive for the quality of food.

22/04/2025: Got take out for collection. Food was totally tasteless very disappointed.

07/02/2026: Ordered food for delivery, it still hadn't arrived nearly 2 hours later, and was with the driver for over half an hour! Rang to get a refund and was put on hold then hung-up on twice! Was told someone would call me back to sort the refund, no one called. Very poor service, if you cant deliver the food on time don't take orders! Wont be ordering from here again.

23/12/2025: They changed the cooking staff, it used to be an authentic Thai, its not anymore.

30/12/2025: Food ordered online for collection, unfortunately on arrival was told order was not ready because chef was on lunch break... Had to wait another 20 minutes. Would not recommend, atmosphere and service is terrible. Food was delicious though.

31/08/2025: 20/8/2025 It had been years since I last came to eat at this place. Outrageous prices for what they offer: I had asked for a double portion of vegetables, they charged me extra for the request, but as you can see, while eating, there wasn’t a single trace of vegetables in my meal! Dishonest, incompetent, and absurdly expensive. They even asked for €2 more per person just to sit at a table! Unfortunately, Loughrea doesn’t have many good options, but I will never give my money to these thieves again!!! 26/7/2023 The food could have good potential and good quality, but for 3 years now the quality is scarce, the products are not very fresh, the costs (quality - price ratio) are high. They need a makeover of the staff and cooks! Also, due to the extra service cost, the place is empty, and the service cost isn't justified when the table is just an empty table with no cutlery whatsoever.

20/12/2025: They list some dishes for €10 or €13 if you want it as a side or main. I wanted to try 2 so I asked if I could get two 1/2 mains for €13 and the guy said yes, but when I came back to pay he said it would be €20 and wouldn’t change it. Only €7 so I paid without saying anything else but won’t come back. Poppadoms 2 vegetarian sides Naan Fanta €27.

23/11/2025: Used to always come in here for years but the last year it’s declined every time we ring they don’t answer then you go into them to order and you see them not answering the phone on purpose and they do that even when they arnt that busy. Tonight we were told 20 mins for a main dish and a spice bag , fair. But we then waited in the reception for 45 mins only to get fed up ask the receptionist and to no suprise checks the kitchen and all this time the bag was just waiting. Food is now lukewarm. Won’t bother coming back now not worth the wait

23/11/2025: Went in to order food because they weren’t answering there phone was told 20 minutes for a spice bag and a main dish with rice, ended up taking just over 45 minutes to get my food after I asked the young lad behind the counter how long more would it before it magically appears ready so god only knows how long it was sitting inside ready. Got home to eat it then and the “spice bag” had no seasoning what so ever not even a shake of salt and was pure dry and the curry sauce was tasteless and the main dish was no better after going there for years I won’t be going back I always gave them the benefit of the doubt for waiting for food because it used to be good but no more may aswell been eating paper !!! Had to throw away the main dish asked for no veg in it as the person eating it is allergic to onions and found onions in it while playing it up !!!!
