21/09/2025: Ordered vegetables samosas and barely any vegetables in them. Butterfly prawns minuscule dip accompanied them and chicken tenders bland and to top it all off all arrived cold. So disappointed.

25/07/2025: We ordered a delivery with white wine. The wine was lukewarm and when we immediately phoned Saba all they offered was a €5 credit note, which incidentally, hasn't arrived. Not that we wanted a credit note but warm white wine is not what you would expect with a food order. Won't risk Saba again.

26/09/2025: Good value. Food was ok and generous there.

10/09/2025: Please change opening times ondnesday says 5.30 I was turn away 5.15.

30/11/2025: Last Monday i ordered paprikan chicken which i usually get very saucy not much of a stir fry but on Monday the dish was perfect and the sauce was at right quantity , this friday i got sweet and sour chicken and it was lovely.

11/10/2025: Got takeaway tonight was horrendous duck rolls with no duck in them chicken sauté so dry unable to eat and the ribs were cooked nicely but in a horrible sauce for €25, I will not be getting this takeaway in Portmarnock ever again

31/08/2025: 20/8/2025 It had been years since I last came to eat at this place. Outrageous prices for what they offer: I had asked for a double portion of vegetables, they charged me extra for the request, but as you can see, while eating, there wasn’t a single trace of vegetables in my meal! Dishonest, incompetent, and absurdly expensive. They even asked for €2 more per person just to sit at a table! Unfortunately, Loughrea doesn’t have many good options, but I will never give my money to these thieves again!!! 26/7/2023 The food could have good potential and good quality, but for 3 years now the quality is scarce, the products are not very fresh, the costs (quality - price ratio) are high. They need a makeover of the staff and cooks! Also, due to the extra service cost, the place is empty, and the service cost isn't justified when the table is just an empty table with no cutlery whatsoever.

28/06/2025: Asked for jug of water, received bottled water - €3 each. Menu price different to til price - rip off.

11/10/2025: Just got a take away, awful soggy chips, extremely salty Cantonese sauce could not eat my dish, spice bag chicken like rubber. Very expensive for the quality of food.

07/09/2025: Repeat visitor. Love the food here, great selection and very tasty. Highly recommended.

14/09/2025: tried ringing about 20 times at 5 so as it says it opens got a answer at 5 .25 told them what I wanted de repeated it back to me 2 items and was told to wait 25 ro 30 mins for 2 items got it round I told them that it was not what I ordered and she said do I want my money back or live as a child about 11 I was talking to on the phone and when I said it to him he called his mum 🤔 # the food was like yesterday curry 🤢 # bin it omg # 1 star because it's the only way I can leave a review

07/09/2025: Got a roasted duck with orange sauce and chips, large portion, really good and cheap. Highly recommend
