05/01/2024: Very disappointed. Came here over xmas for takeaway only to find after getting home that both orders were literally burnt black. If we had eaten there we certainly would have taken it straight back. Now this is the second incident we've had - consecutively. Will Not Be Going Here Again!!

11/02/2024: Absolutely disgusted after ordering food from Rose Garden! While finding a black hair on my food and informing Rose Garden about it, they were only willing to replace the food if I returned the current one which I had thrown down the bin, but kept the piece with the hair as proof for them. I was very surprised when they turned around and said sorry we can’t help you if you threw the food in the bin and hung up the phone without providing any sort of solution! Very poor customer service, and was absolutely disgusted to find that black hair in it!! Will not be ordering from Rose Garden again and dealing with such poor and unprofessional customer service! Rose Garden, own up to your mistakes and give customers back their refund when unsatisfied with their food or if there is hair in it!!

27/02/2024: I will start positively: the staff were nice. Outside of that this place is atrocious. I paid 17 euros for curry only to be told they don’t have metal utensils. If it were 10 or even 12 that would be understandable, but you can get a decent meal at a nice restaurant for 17. The curry itself was disgusting. The duck they gave me mostly consisted of fat and grissle and the curry was full of undercooked vegetables. This is easily the worst meal I have eaten out in 6 months of living here.

09/02/2024: This is my second meal here. I've have Katsu curry, chicken & sweetcorn soup & a rice dish with chicken, prawn, peas, broccoli & carrot. All 5* & delicious, good size portions. A selection of Asian & non Asian beer, wine, soft drinks. Staff friendly & professional. Clean tables & seats. I'm being picky but the flashing Xmas lights just need to be set to constant please.

12/01/2024: We went to eat there and while eating the food we found a shot black hair in the food. clearly from one of the male chefs. When we addressed it to a very kind waitress (kayla) she told her supervisors and all they said was “ sometimes you’ll get a bit of hair in your food, there’s nothing we can do”. All they had on was a hat. NO HAIR NET. we left disappointed and only half our money refunded.
