12/04/2026: It has been over a year now since we went here. I've been to most of Asia and the food here isn't very authentic. The quality of the meat wasn't good either in the dishes we both had. I left a lot of my meal. I can't see us going back unless quality of food here improves massively.

14/02/2026: I previously reviewed Lemongrass quite high, but after my visit today I have to lower it massively. Such a disappointing visit. Starter came out at regular timing and was delicious, but then we seemed to have just been forgotten for 50 minutes for our mains, despite several members of staff and we think the manager coming up to us to check on us multiple times. This was fine, whatever. Our main finally arrives, noodles were very greasy for my partner so she couldn't finish them, and an extra portion of chips we asked for were forgotten and had to ask for them again, another 5-10 minutes to get those. Once we finished and plates for main taken away, another 15 minutes for desserts to show up. We come to pay and because we were waiting so long they would "only charge us for starters, desserts and drinks". But sure didn't they double charge those so they didn't miss out on too much money? €68 euro for "2" starters, "2" desserts, 1 portion of chips, and 3 drinks (which were just cokes btw, nothing alcoholic that could've possibly bulked up the price). Other people arrived, were served, ate, and left before we got our mains. Can safely say I'm never going here again.

13/06/2026: Food was absolutely amazing. Was served late and staff was super nice. First time eating from here. Green curry and Red curry was amazing. Also had the duck spring rolls and spicy chicken as starters. All very tasty. Highly recommended

09/06/2026: Only gotten takeout from here a couple of times, rang order in when on route, always ready when they said it would be. Order correct, food delicious and friendly staff. Would recommend and will be back.

26/06/2026: Got a three in one and i asked for no veg and still gave it to me and went back in they took it out and gave me back the same one and I also said i don't want it spicey and still got it spicy can barely eat it my mouth was burning and after a hour my mouth is still sore and burning

01/06/2026: We had Chicken Pad Thai. They made me a gluten-free version. Plus, there's gluten-free soy sauce and sriracha on every table. The flavor was incredible, with fresh ingredients. Water pitchers and glasses are available free of charge. The service is fast and attentive. I would definitely go back.

He consistently notices the small details that others might overlook and ensures that everything runs smoothly while maintaining a warm and organized environment. His attentiveness and natural leadership are clearly reflected in the team’s attitude. What stands out most is his thoughtful and composed approach. He leads with confidence, fairness, and genuine care — qualities that are valuable. One can see that he takes pride in his work and sets high standards, not through pressure, but through example. It’s truly refreshing to see such professionalism combined with authenticity. Jay is a real asset, and his dedication does not go unnoticed. Thanks again Ramen.

13/04/2026: Ordered on Deliveroo Pad thai was just sweet and overloaded with sauce giving late night takeout vibes. Shame to see the inconsistency between Saba locations especially for a staple. Rest of order was fine.
