12/04/2026: It has been over a year now since we went here. I've been to most of Asia and the food here isn't very authentic. The quality of the meat wasn't good either in the dishes we both had. I left a lot of my meal. I can't see us going back unless quality of food here improves massively.

15/03/2026: I loved the food, it's very good. I ordered both the Asian food and the pizza menu 🦋. The waitress was super friendly, excellent atmosphere, I highly recommend it.

14/02/2026: I previously reviewed Lemongrass quite high, but after my visit today I have to lower it massively. Such a disappointing visit. Starter came out at regular timing and was delicious, but then we seemed to have just been forgotten for 50 minutes for our mains, despite several members of staff and we think the manager coming up to us to check on us multiple times. This was fine, whatever. Our main finally arrives, noodles were very greasy for my partner so she couldn't finish them, and an extra portion of chips we asked for were forgotten and had to ask for them again, another 5-10 minutes to get those. Once we finished and plates for main taken away, another 15 minutes for desserts to show up. We come to pay and because we were waiting so long they would "only charge us for starters, desserts and drinks". But sure didn't they double charge those so they didn't miss out on too much money? €68 euro for "2" starters, "2" desserts, 1 portion of chips, and 3 drinks (which were just cokes btw, nothing alcoholic that could've possibly bulked up the price). Other people arrived, were served, ate, and left before we got our mains. Can safely say I'm never going here again.

10/04/2026: On a rainy day, a typical Irish day, why not a Chinese restaurant? The Blue Orchid is a real gem. Behind an unassuming facade lies a small restaurant with old-fashioned charm. The menu is short, unusual for this type of establishment, with no numbered items, only very well-described dishes. Frankly, everything is perfectly assembled and cooked to perfection. The flavors of the vegetables are preserved by the quick cooking time, and the complex sauces are expertly crafted. My only complaint is the cutlery; you have to ask for chopsticks to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Thank you to the chef and the entire team for this meal and for the warm welcome. I highly recommend it.

06/04/2026: I understand this branch is run directly by Wagamama uk now and not a franchise. The venue has been kitted out well. However the food being served, which I had on 2 separate occasions was mediocre at best. Bland tasteless food.

His attentiveness and natural leadership are clearly reflected in the team’s attitude. What stands out most is his thoughtful and composed approach. He leads with confidence, fairness, and genuine care — qualities that are valuable. One can see that he takes pride in his work and sets high standards, not through pressure, but through example. It’s truly refreshing to see such professionalism combined with authenticity. Jay is a real asset, and his dedication does not go unnoticed. Thanks again Ramen.
