28/06/2026: Staff very helpful, food was great

27/06/2026: We were a group of eight and we were seated very quickly. The service was friendly and fast as well. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The food was good; in fact, one person in our group ordered pad Thai without peanuts (due to allergies) and another person ordered their dish gluten-free, and there were no problems at all. I would definitely go back and recommend it.

17/07/2026: I'm often in Galway for business, and frequently come here. I have spent a lot of time in Malaysia, and the food is excellent, with a pretty authentic taste, which is surprising for Europe. However, I have detected the same pastes being used on Char Kway Teow, and Nasi Goreng, whis should taste different. Not exactly cheap, but worth it for me. Dishes with the chilli symbol are quite spicy, which is correct.

26/06/2026: Tickets Asian Street Food is a very pleasant spot for a bite, with very tasty fare, and very attentive and friendly staff. The menu has quite the variety of Asian fare, and the atmosphere is one of calm and quiet relaxation, all in all making for quite a memorable bite.

07/06/2026: I like everything about this restaurant except the food, the staff here are very nice and friendly and makes sure there’s no issue, the ambience is nice here- beautifully decorated and the toilets are nice as well but when it comes to food it’s a complete let down, every items we ordered was not fresh and tasted weird

01/04/2026: The reviewers are definitely right about this been one of the best chinese in Castlebar, we had spice bag, satay sauce and salt and chilli chicken balls. Everything was delicious and even the shredded chicken was so nice to eat

01/06/2026: Disgraceful and unpleasant stay. Family of 3 (2 adults + 9yr old kid) Stayed for 2 nights(sleepless) in their Slaney Family suite room - Annex building (Room 605) .This is completely opposite of Treacy's hotel in other location. Holidays are meant to be pleasant stay but this isnt. KINDLY AVOID GOING HERE, and this definitely is not a 4 star hotel and heres why - this room is 5 mins walk away from hotel (behind a weird apartment building) with very compact parking spaces - Room itself is a complete disaster. See the pics attached. I took a video but couldnt attach here * spiders everywhere * found cockroach on the pillow * Rugs are pitch dirty, cant roam in bare foot, even socks gets dirty within mins * Broken room vents (dusty) * Dirty bathroom with bugs in the shower area * Mattress is worst. Low quality Spring mattress in a 4 start hotel.. omg thats insane. * noisy atmosphere - Food was OK I called and spoke with the lady in the front desk immediately after I saw the room as it was nothing as advertised. Explained everything to her but she offerred me a room in 2nd floor and alsl said all our rooms are the same. Obviosuly we couldnt move with all the luggage as there are no lifts in the building . Never ever coming back..

16/07/2026: Stopped in for a quick bite while traveling through Limerick. Food is delicious and the ingredients are very fresh. Very friendly service. We were a big party of 8 and the hostess served us quickly. They even pushed several tables together to accommodate us.

19/07/2026: went here with my partner had a lovely servers annie & Santa were so nice and friendly and explained the whole menu to me ,a gorgeous spice box and unbelievable cocktails !!we had a great evening definitely recommend

03/02/2026: Great food and super quick service, everything came out fast and tasted amazing. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving Asian street food. Just a heads up that dine-in seating is very limited, and the chairs can be uncomfortable if you have wider hips, so it may be better suited for takeaway or a quick stop. 28/06/2026: Its OK if You are not hungry and not very particular about Asian food, very outdated decor and Ambience. Tables lined like a military mess .

23/07/2026: The food is great the service is a little slow though There is an option for unlimited kbbq for 35 euros p/p. I think it's a bit pricey, but worth it if it is your first time eating Korean food. Would come back

21/07/2026: Disasterous service!! One Star too many. Waited 40 minutes to be told meal i ordered wasnt available. Absolutely no apology only told to order something else. Wrong meal was then brought to table and was refused eventually got correct meal however were charged for wrong meal that was brought to table. Asked to speak to manager and no manager was working. Staff extremely dismissive and disrespectful.

18/07/2026: Got take away from here tonight, one of our dishes was pad Thai and it’s tasted like they had just put a load of ketchup in it absolutely disgusting

13/05/2026: I used to love coming here been going to this Chinese the past few years but in the last year or so the few times we have gone the food has changed the last time I ordered I got a party box way to much salt on it the chips were powdery and the chicken tasted like rubber and the shredded was also like rubber I ordered 2 boxes of this and got 3 boxes of rice and got sweet and sour sauce it tasted like vinger no sweet taste of it I used to love the sauce whatever they changed in it and also the satey sauce was changed we had to throw it out paid 65 euro for it was so disappointed I won't be back again,I used think it was the best chinese around and was always fairly priced but can't go back when the food didn't taste good

26/06/2026: Food amazing, Staffs ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and so kind, treated so good everything was amazing. Was even able to tweak menu so chefs can make special things for me without tweaking price since i hate veg and only like carrots
