01/08/2025: Terrible service. The manger is so rude and has no respect for customers. Ik many people who have ordered and not received their food due to the restaurant mistake and promised a refund only to never receive it and told “you can get store credit” after asking for money back for weeks.

17/07/2025: Tomato noodle soup has few tomatoes and many noodles, it tastes like chewing wax, it tastes like sugar, there is a lot of chili but no spiciness, the grilled cold noodles are full of coriander

21/03/2025: Look the personal was nice and even it looks fancy but the food… my bf dish has the beet overcooked and even it smelled burned and mine was tasty same when you accumulate fat in the kitchen and you don’t clean it.

23/02/2025: I not sure if its a new chef but wow the food I ordered last night was terrible. Spicy chips with veg, requires "Spice" not salt and sugar a few slivers of onion, zero spice not a chilli in sight & no peppers. Spring rolls usually lovely, one bite & the oil spurted out. Duck hotpot was also not nice according to my partner. I want to stay a customer but the food I received will prevent me for re-ordering... such a shame 😞 If the reviews improve I might consider ordering again but you've lost a customer till then.

11/04/2025: Got delivery last Friday. Ordered prawn toast, the prawns were grey in colour and tasted musty. When I called to tell them the girl said they had eaten them that day and they were fine, offered me a credit on next order. Maybe the prawns they had were fresh, mine weren't. I had stomach pains for 3 days and I only had one bite. I would never order from them again.

21/07/2025: I’ve given Mandarin House multiple chances, but unfortunately, it’s been a consistently disappointing experience. I’ve had my order messed up on at least three separate occasions, and each time I’ve tried to raise the issue, I’ve been met with poor customer service. There’s never any accountability—just the same response that “there’s nothing they can do about it.” Not even a simple apology. To be fair, the food itself is actually quite good. But for me, the quality just doesn’t make up for the hassle of dealing with repeated mistakes and unhelpful service. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from them again.

27/06/2025: Absolutely heavenly once you know what you like. All these bad reviews have only tired one thing but once you have a few dishes you like this place is easy, delicious and reliable. The food is ready super fast and the staff are really nice people. The fried rice, spice bag, sides of rice, noodles and curry sauce are some of my favourite foods. I recently climbed Ben Nevis and could not wait to get home and have a familiar comforting meal. Truly a place I know I can always reliable on and hold close to my heart.

10/07/2025: I have to say, the restaurant itself was pretty impressive. Clean, well-organized, and had a fresh vibe going on! But man, what a letdown when it came to the actual food. Everything was just... bland? Like, completely flavorless. I thought adding some sauce might help, but that made things even stranger. The so-called "sweet and sour sauce" tasted nothing like what it should have! Even the spring rolls were totally tasteless. Such a disappointment. And get this: I specifically ordered just fried chicken with rice, couldn't have been clearer about it, yet our plates came loaded with a mountain of vegetables I never asked for! I mean, what's the point of being super specific with your order if they're just going to ignore it anyway? I won’t eat here again…
