21/03/2025: Look the personal was nice and even it looks fancy but the food… my bf dish has the beet overcooked and even it smelled burned and mine was tasty same when you accumulate fat in the kitchen and you don’t clean it.

15/02/2025: Great spot, if I'm unapologetically honest the spicebags were unreal years ago and I used to eat them at least once of twice a week. I moved away and when I came back they changed recipe price and portion size, its Still nice but it's less food for more money and it's not at tasty unfortunately

06/05/2025: I absolutely love Chrysanthemum. Their food is the best Chinese food in the area by far! I order from them all the time and the delivery is always super quick. I particularly love their satay sauce and salt and chilli chicken which are both 10/10.
18/04/2025: Myself and my friends were here for a meal and I can honestly say we won't be back.
The food was bland and tasteless, service was shocking nobody asked would we like another drink or water when the 4 of us sat there with empty glasses at that stage we had to try get the waiters attention to order drinks
We also waited about 40 mins between starter and main,the restaurant wasn't that busy.
Definitely a no return from us

23/02/2025: I not sure if its a new chef but wow the food I ordered last night was terrible. Spicy chips with veg, requires "Spice" not salt and sugar a few slivers of onion, zero spice not a chilli in sight & no peppers. Spring rolls usually lovely, one bite & the oil spurted out. Duck hotpot was also not nice according to my partner. I want to stay a customer but the food I received will prevent me for re-ordering... such a shame 😞 If the reviews improve I might consider ordering again but you've lost a customer till then.

11/04/2025: Got delivery last Friday. Ordered prawn toast, the prawns were grey in colour and tasted musty. When I called to tell them the girl said they had eaten them that day and they were fine, offered me a credit on next order. Maybe the prawns they had were fresh, mine weren't. I had stomach pains for 3 days and I only had one bite. I would never order from them again.

14/05/2025: I ordered two spice bags w/ veg, a portion of chicken cheese rolls and a curry sauce.
One of the spice bags had 0 veg. I got home and put it into a bowl, because I thought it would have been at the bottom, but it wasn't. I had to split veg with the other person.
The chips were okay, some were thin and hard and some had black spots on them. The chicken was chewy, almost like some of it was undercooked. I liked it at first, but very quickly it all tasted like rubber.
The chicken cheese rolls were okay. Really greasy, but really cheesy. Although I couldn't taste any chicken.
07/05/2025: So disappointed with the breast if chicken curry. The breast was cooked to a crisp. The dog wouldn't eat it. Never again. Will go elsewhere when ordering. Love the spring rolls. But that's it. Not ordering any food from there again

23/05/2025: From ordering to the delivery 1h 15mins. A bit ridiculous for a Chinese takeaway.. Originally showed on the app as delivered at 7.10pm when in fact it was either still in transit or forgotten about. As I ordered through the justeat, at least I could get just eats help and suddenly magically it updated app to inform that there's a delivery delay. Finally got my food at 7.35pm after ordering it at 6.12pm. Food itself is nice, but I'd prefer to have it still hot when delivered rather than lukewarm..
11/05/2025: Please don’t put too much salt on spice bag 🙏, quality matter sometime not quantity.

17/03/2025: We ordered a spice bag, chicken balls, and fried rice. To be honest — everything was absolutely delicious! As locals, we used to order from another Chinese takeaway, but this one is even better. The lady at the counter is lovely and really makes an effort to communicate. Highly recommend.
