She also had cash and was aware it was a cash only establishment and looked like regular …. Great service all round and brilliant food .

27/01/2024: Oriental looking woman (45-65?) took 11 euros for food and drink and plastic fork and then after I had been sitting few minutes waiting food as usual she said I had not paid yet. I insisted her to look security video, she did not agree, so I gave her extra 20 euros because I was very angry and left without food and will never return. Her behavior was normal in previous visits and food was excellent. Always ask receipt when giving money to her..

11/02/2024: Ordered food for collection and went to collect it 20 mins later. Was waiting over an HOUR for my food, and people were coming in and ordering and they were getting their food before me?? All I was told is short staff short staff. And the woman was rude and did not offer any compensation for this. She even made me pack the food myself when it was finally ready. Absolutely disgraceful!!
26/12/2023: Waited over two hours for an order that never arrived. Awful service. Avoid.

13/12/2023: Spent 75 euro on food and the girl at the counter wanted to charge me 3 euro for prawn crackers. When you spent 25 euro you get free prawn crackers so after telling her that she insisted it's 3 euro eventually I got one and asked her for another one and she said its 3 euro I spent 75 euro there and 3 euro for prawn crackers I was shocked. If you dont ask for them you wont get them its the small things that can really change your mind. Food took ages its fresh but Jesus I rang for collection and still 50 minutes for a Wednesday night is abit mad. DONT get the duck you literally get 5 pieces as a main course. I could imagine the starter portion. Overall nice food but there very cheap for the price you pay
