The best restaurantsof chinese in Mayo

24/11/2024: were visiting from the north and this is the best Chinese we’ve ever tasted. We inhaled every last bit of it and didn’t speak a word to each other🤣

25/09/2024: Excellent food and very nice decoration of the place...reasonable prices.

30/06/2024: Lovely main course duck and Satay beef starter prawn toast nice but very small and don't believe the quarter bottle of wine thing it's a glass of wine .But we really liked our main course.

21/05/2024: Thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Great food; spicy where indicated! Had an interesting chat with the friendly owner. Will definitely be returning.

14/02/2025: Not good!! Duck for starters, sauce awful and duck in spring rolls tasteless.. Not usual Chinese taste. Black bean sauce on main course awful. What was wrong with this place tonight. A few weeks ago it was good. Egg fried rice was boiled not fried. Maybe it has a new chef or changed ownership whatever will hesitate to return. Valentine's will be busy in any restaurant but it's an opportunity to promote your business not demote it as happened today!!! Very disappointing..

26/01/2025: First time in this restaurant and will most definitely be the last time. Waited over an hour for one starter to share, that was so poor. Waited another 40 mins after that for two main courses. One of the dishes was horrific, tasted like instant noodles in a bowl of oily water. Menu said it was a chilli paste. Other dish, the beef was so chewy, it was like chewing leather. Chips came out and they were freezing. No apology at all. Had to keep on asking for basics like cutlery, napkins, water, absolute joke. There was takeaways going out every few mins and took two hours wait altogether for a sit in. Then get up to pay and we were standing waiting around there for ages at the till, 4 staff behind the bar and have to ask them can one of them just take payment that we've already waited 2 hours for food. Then I get asked did we not get food at all? Paid €60 for shocking meal. Terrible service and terrible food. Do not recommend to anyone.

25/01/2025: Was very disappointed last night had to wait 1 hour 30 mins for food was Originally 40 min when I required about the food it seem it wasn't ready yet... So I waited abit long finally got the food the 2 chicken curry was cold when I got back to the house 8 mins away. When I got home they forgot my chicken balls. I paid 39 euros to be honest it really put me of ever coming back after this experience

26/11/2024: Not my normal Chinese in Ballinrobe but i found myself their due to it being a Tuesday , Gravy was sweet not what i expected at all , fried rice was bland boiled rice with a little egg .

18/01/2025: Our family's regular takeaway spot for years. Place is good and has stood the test of time.

30/12/2024: Some of their dishes are lovely and some aren’t, not a lot of meat in dishes in comparison to when you take away, very welcoming and accommodating to children

26/12/2024: Definitely not the meat it’s claims to be Beef bit you back when you chew it
