10/09/2024: We had a private event in Raw - midweek. The team could not have done any more for us. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend for parties, corporate events or even a romantic evening.
09/09/2024: The food was good. Slightly under done pizza and overdone lasagne. The service was good but slacked off at the end. We had to go and ask for anything else we wanted.
Overall, it was a good experience

01/10/2024: While we weren't eating as we had just eaten elsewhere, I couldn't resisit indulging in the Italian products to purchase. A wonderful selection of wine, and Italian speciality foods.

23/08/2024: Camping in Killaloe for the weekend and very heavy rain. Couldn't get a taxi back from the Anchor Inn so the barman Michael drove us home.... Above and Beyond!!!

04/11/2024: Made a mistake on booking.com editing number of people coming and it did change the dates as well. Very nice "nice" manager was not keen to solve out the problem - was charged 169 eur and not offered an extra dates with at least some fee to be reduced. Was told they need to run the business. Very nice way to run business. Good luck

03/08/2024: Plastic cheese, not proper cheese, in Toastie, which was the worst toastie I've ever had. How hard is it to get a toastie right???
Tables needed cleaning when we arrived and it wasn't even busy. You should never arrive to dirty tables
even if it is busy. Very poor. Will not go again and would recommend avoiding.

09/08/2024: Ordered the prawn PIl pil at the bar and was looking forward to the sourdough bread that came with it. It was more prawn toast. Was so disappointing for the price of this dish and not to even receive what was on the menu. We found the bar man was quite rude also. The breakfast wasn’t great either service very slow and sausages under done and the eggs were over done.
