07/12/2024: Arrived on the night Storm Darragh hit and welcomed by Greg at the door. Property is very clean and cozy. Room was very spacious, bed was comfy and bathroom and shower were excellent. Had a terrific sleep after a long day. The best part is the breakfast! Couldn't believe the standard of food being served. Absolutely beautiful! (later explained by the fact that Greg is a chef). If I'm ever down this was again, there's no question where I'll be staying. Great value too!! Thanks Greg, Barbara and family.

09/12/2024: We visited Vandeleur last Saturday to see Santa. It was really brilliant - it was so efficiently run, the staff were amazing, and Santa was his magical self! The photography was very high quality as well. Very impressed - will be back next year!

26/10/2024: I visited Kilrush today and looked up places to eat that has gluten free options. The Potter's Hand is a beautiful and quirky warm place. I had a delicious bowl of mushroom soup g.free and a g.free toasted sandwich. They had g.free treats too a cheesecake and other treats as well. I would definitely recommend a call into this place. The ladies working there were so friendly and helpful and a lovely atmosphere

28/10/2024: Extremely rude snotty barmaid and unfriendly regulars. Visiting the area as tourist and needed to use restroom. Irish hospitality is truly dead. Tourists don't bother going in.
27/10/2024: Great wee pub, great craic with the locals, great pints! (Having two dogs in the bar is always a good conversation opener.) The job of a landlady isnβt always easy but she seems to keep a good house. A very enjoyable few hours.

30/10/2024: I had a fantastic One Meal Menu for dinner with Indian curry,naan bread and everything. It was a lot of food and so tasty! It was nearly too much for one person,but the price with 18β¬ was very good! The spicy sauces were fantastic too
04/10/2024: Never have we ever had a bad meal or service. We have been ordering from them for a couple years now. And our food is always hot,fresh and tasty. Delivery service is pleasant too.

16/09/2024: Charged 16.50 for a takeaway fish and chips. Mushy peas were sour and smelled like sour milk. Lad that took order was arrogant and seemed in a really bad mood.
20/08/2024: My wife and I dined in this little fast food restaurant, it is a bit out dated and it could do with a freshening up, We both had the fish and chips, The fish was fried in batter perfectly and the chips were also very good, the staff were very friendly and the service was quick.
