07/11/2025: Ordered online through just eat to get food on my break, we have an hour for break, the food took 50 minutes to arrive and after 50 minutes of waiting, it was the wrong food, when I tried to call back to the restaurant a few times, they would not pick up the call and it was very frustrating because due to this I was unable to have any food for my break since I only had 10 minutes left, and 8 of those were spent trying to call the restaurant, I'm very unhappy with this

If you have a larger group, there is an upstairs dining area (it was closed when I was there for dinner). My only real complaint was that the wait time for the food seemed a bit long. I believe I was waiting for about 20+ minutes, and there were people waiting for even more time that had already ordered before I arrived.

She is the perfect example of how not to lead or manage the without exception great staff behind the counter Arrogant, condescending and dismissive are descriptors that come to mind .
