01/05/2026: I stopped there for a quick lunch but they're selling items 50% more expensive than other McDonald's. 15.40 for 9 chicken selects??? You really think you are a restaurant don't you? And as a bonus, staff can barely speak and the place smells like old burned oil.
28/04/2026: Surprisingly enough this is the best McDonalds I’ve been. My boyfriend he is carnivore and I’m vegetarian and both option were absolutely delicious. The fries were as fresh as it can get, not sure why it had bad reviews

18/05/2026: I'm an authentic hillbilly from the southern Appalachians in NW Georgia, and this is solid fried chicken. I think it could handle a bit more salt, but it's extremely similar to fried chicken I could get at a church potluck back home. I also laughed out loud when I saw the unexpected representation of my people in the middle of Ennis. Wish I had gotten a t-shirt.
26/04/2026: A very cozy place with delicious food and friendly service. We arrived at 9:30 p.m., it wasn't crowded, and our order was ready quickly. I highly recommend it 👍

08/04/2026: I asked for fresh fish, and it very clearly wasn’t. There was the thinnest piece of fish and it was mostly batter the whole way through so in the end wss totally inedible to me. The chips were ok. Ordered some chicken goujons which were the only redeeming part. I started to read the reviews after I had ordered - so I regretted my decision fairy fast!

10/04/2026: I had a fantastic experience at Supermac’s tonight. Sylvia and Sonjee (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name!) delivered absolutely brilliant customer service friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was especially delicious, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. It’s clear they run a really strong team and take pride in what they do.
08/04/2026: Amazing staff, especially the girl that served us (in 5th year, didn't get her name but she was so lovely and kind)

10/05/2026: Waiting 25 minutes on table order. Not one Irish person working there. Went up to ask about the order. Answer was 'I don't know'. In the meantime person passed down to the table with the order. Communication is so bad. Get people who can communicate effectively in English.

Remix Pizza and kebab

27/05/2026: I ordered a burger and a kebab without spicy sauce for home delivery. Both the order and the receipt clearly stated “no spicy sauce,” but the kebab arrived with spicy sauce anyway. I went to REMIX PIZZA and returned it, but they neither gave me a new one nor refunded my money. I do not recommend this place.

03/02/2026: I have been eating at this McDonald’s for over three months, and I order a Caramel Frappé almost every single time. However, today (03/02/2026 at 6:30 PM), the machine clearly malfunctioned and what I was given was basically a cup of caramel ice chunks that was completely impossible to drink through a straw.
The female manager refused to replace the drink, and instead of addressing the obvious problem with the product, the male manager had the nerve to blame my tone of voice.
Let me ask a very simple question: what does my tone have to do with the fact that the food and drink were made incorrectly? If a product is wrong, is it suddenly acceptable just because you don’t like how a customer sounds?
I will never return to this location again. Both managers provided absolutely trash service, showed zero professionalism, and completely ignored the real issue.
