The best restaurantsof fast food in Galway

28/01/2025: Ordered beef burger meal and two garlic cheese chips. Burger was decent, but chips were very undercooked and impossible to eat. If it takes them to cook 5 minutes please keep them in the fryer for 5 minutes, DO NOT take them out earlier, it’s not a rocket science.. Train your staff :(

12/01/2025: Super Mac's provided quick service and delicious meals. The eating areas don't seem to be cleaned too often, making it difficult to find a clean table

02/02/2025: The egg was cold, the chicken was not seasoned well, vegetables were very low quality the food was tasteless. I wanted to throw up. Overall the restaurant felt very poor and cheap. The bathroom is non existent with the way it looks some piss on the floor. The 5-star reviews must be bots.

01/02/2025: This could have been good, but two factors absolutely ruined it. 1) the burger/sauce was the saltiest thing I have ever eaten. I don't know why or how, but it was so so salty the night I was there. 2) chips seem like bought in / bulk ordered. That's fine but they're not anything special. I'm usually not picky regarding food quality but the salt ruined the experience, couldn't finish the burger. Feel bad saying it but it's the truth. If the chips were better, and the burger and dressing weren't salt-mania, I'm sure it could be very good. Service was very good, waitress very nice, nice atmosphere, price not too bad. Potential !!

22/01/2025: This is my go to place whenever I'm working. The service is top notch. I remember once I was served with cold food, and when I told this they gave me a new meal which was freshly prepared and piping hot. Overall, the food is nice, however, it is a very busy store and that's why you can hear people talking. So, if you want a place with solace this is definitely not it.

14/01/2025: The manager will always give you a quick and tasty addition to your drinks or food.

20/02/2025: They don't have orange juice. Like, screw you if you don't drink fizzy drinks. The burger wasn't even that great.

19/02/2025: Came into store as I was staying at the Clayton hotel up the road I’ve been in 3 times in the last two weeks as I’m visiting with work and can’t be bothered to sit a restaurant all the time when I’m away. Ordered 3pc of on the bone chicken and 3 boneless with a large gravy. My order came up on the screen and was then told by the manager she was really sorry but it would be an extra 10 minutes , I was fine with this so I sat there and waited but she cleared my order off the screen , 25 minutes later still no chicken. Then got into a heated row with the staff to get the order refunded as she claimed she’d already called the order , managed to get the order refunded in the end but I won’t be visiting again. Shocking customer service
