29/10/2024: Maybe I'm being a little too harsh with my recession.
The prices are actually "completely ok", but you only get a maximum of "completely ok" served.
My burger for example, the Quarter Pound. A meatball, buns and onion.
No sauce, cheese or salad. Nothing.
That was the first time I enjoyed the burger in McDonald's more than anywhere else.
The portion of fries is decent, so you can easily share it, but the base is always the same. So Garlic Chips are not garlic seasoned/fried fries, but simply the same fries with a garlic dip. I think paying almost 2 euros for the dip is a bit too much.
Anyone who is hungry will be full. Unfortunately I can't say more.

Oh and the junkies tapping at the door aren't the worst but still a bit annoying so it really is impressive that this place has such good ratings.
20/07/2024: Chicken burger dry, chips warm, gravy warm,1 piece chicken on the bone warm,nothing hot and can of coke warm . Tenders were fresh though and hot.

02/11/2024: Absolutely shocking and awful behaviour of the manager jenny and Helen towards staff, customers and uber eats driver, was there to have break fast around 10.30am. They were shouting and roaring on staff and uber eats drivers literally felt uncomfortable and having watching bare knuckle fights. My wife and kids wanted to leave half way in the breakfast as younger son burst into cries in the buggy, Once Jenny roars on someone over the window for serving wrong order. Place Absolutely deserve someone from crescent or jetland those 2 place are absolutely credible management. Castletroy never again. Zero star horrible place

10/10/2024: Shocked at the price for a basic meal. I was asked if I wanted gravy and asked if it was included as part of the already expensive meal. I was told it was included so said I'd have it. Shocked to then see I had been charged an extra β¬2.90 for a very tiny pot of gravy as I was eating the meal. The Pepsi with my meal was 90% water - Hardly a taste of Pepsi. I gave it to my husband to taste and he agreed. Why didn't I complain? Because I shouldn't have to. It's not worth the tension it would bring to my day. DO BETTER! I don't usually complain but in this case it's well deserved.
07/10/2024: A KFC like many others, but with a big difference. The employees go out of their way to help the customer. Our experience with KEITY and LORENA has been phenomenal. These girls have great potential and talent. God take care of them.

30/05/2024: Closed at half 8 says itβs closed at 9 on the site. Got there at 8:30 and everybody was out the back and was told there closed. Drove 15 mins for nothing. Cool. π
