Takeaway is a bit poor. Always something missing from the order.
Quarter with cheese and chips. Cheese is missing.
Cheeseburger and chips. You get a small portion of chips.

13/08/2026: Best supermacs we've been in by a mile. Our first time in this one.
Tony served us and he was so natural with the kids, really professional and efficient. The food was fresh, tasty and really satisfying.
The place was spotless too.
Fabulous spot.
We had a restaurant experience and we really weren't expecting that. We'll definitely be back in next time we're in that neck of the woods.

11/08/2026: The food is really nice and tasty , but I have decided to stop going there.The guy who is taking the order/ working in the counter is very bad , he didn’t even know how to do customer service, if we are asking any doubt or just asking anything like that he is harassing the customer in a different mocking style without knowing anything and trying to charge higher price .
26/06/2026: I have eaten multiple times, until recently decided to stop. Food is ok , specially sauces are nice . But the big problem is service, the guy at the counter will charge you extra if you don't pay attention, another time they sold something which was not fresh, again you have to pay attention. Over the year quantity has reduced also

28/08/2026: I love this McDonalds. It’s a great addition to bargain Wednesday every week. The food is great and the employees are genuinely so nice, I hate putting the trays in the bin because I don’t want to touch the bin but they always take the trays like the stars they are. Love this McDonalds would recommend
05/08/2026: Helpful staff but WiFi at this location is often much slower than Doradoyle one. Popular in the evenings possibly due to nearby Odeon cinema.

26/08/2026: Very confusing at the ordinary screen, photos of meals notting like what we got. Also had to ask staff for the same thing 5 times and then go and point at it because none of them could understand me. Would not recommend. No value for money either 😕 staff look miserable

18/08/2026: Was just served in your Crescent shopping centre branch by two really nice guys, who worked really well as a team. Helping each other to be efficient and manage the queue. Very pleasant and friendly despite being quite busy. Great service, didn't their names but 1 guy was Asian & other Brazilian. Great service.
12/08/2026: Terrible customer service. Ordered food 2 hours before closing. When I went to sit down, I was asked to leave because they were cleaning up. Thats fair enough I said no problem. Then I asked what time they were closing, one of the staff members shouted “it doesnt matter what time we close”. After all the food also turned out cold as if they were microwaved. Some people shouldn’t be working in the food industry with an attitude towards customers.

25/12/2025: I love food from Shake Dog, the shakes are so good, the burgers are tasty and all chicken wings combinations are fantastic!. Costumer service on the other hand depends on the person and the day.

30/05/2024: Closed at half 8 says it’s closed at 9 on the site. Got there at 8:30 and everybody was out the back and was told there closed. Drove 15 mins for nothing. Cool. 👍
