07/01/2026: Absolutely unreal. The fish and chips are the best I’ve had in years, and the curry sauce is on another level—never tasted chippy sauce like it. Prices are incredibly reasonable. Genuinely worth the drive to Limerick just for this place.

24/11/2025: The food was disappointing. The gravy was too thick, lumpy, and overly salty. The chicken was greasy, and the breading fell off because the meat was overcooked. The woman behind the counter (older, with black hair) could also work on her customer service and attitude. Feel free to eat there if you don’t care about quality or taste — but I definitely won’t be returning.

Horrible Experience with drive thru here Saturday 3rd January 2026. The restaurant was so full of teenagers messing that you couldn't even enter to complain.
The food was clearly stale. Fries were dry and inedible, Burgers were clearly made well in advance of being served as the cheese was rock hard on them.
The staff on drive thru were completely unprofessional, messing and joking. Usually I wouldn't care about this but they got my order wrong 3 times and then upon pulling upto the collection window, my order was still not what I asked for and stale.
I am a regular customer here. This is totally unacceptable service and the food was disgusting. Very disappointed!
28/12/2025: absolutely DISGRACEFUL.They forgot our sauces and when i went back in to get them they took about 10 minutes to just give me mayo.Then when i was eating my food,the chips were not fresh and cold,then my drink taste like water and wasn't even fizzy,i always come here and this food is a disgrace.

18/10/2025: I used to come here years ago when studying. Came back today to try it out again and I must say the chicken kebab is easily one of the my favourite in Ireland. Hard to beat it!! Also naan looks and tastes like it's made in house which is a nice bonus.
30/09/2025: If you hungry I recommend that place because is tasty and bread is fresh baked. If you want eat inside plz run. Dirty place need cleaning and refreshment

01/01/2026: The chicken was undercooked, and when I lodged a complaint with the manager, he just stared at me and offered no assistance when I showed him the meat and the skin on the chicken and it was undercooked. He just looked at me and offered no assistance. The place was incredibly busy and again he offered no assistance.
22/12/2025: I had a bad experience from kfc today , from the staff who treated me like a thief , I stolen something from kfc , I thought I was in Garda station for 12.25 euro kfc chicken . I ordered something , I forget that I was ordered , they were questioning like a thief . Its not my mistake there printer was not working . Iam not suggesting anybody to go kfc with out bill

10/01/2026: Started coming here after work as we work late locally, found ourselves become regulars due to the great food and always made feel so welcome by Josh. He always has a big smile and "well lads" regardless of how busy it is, unlike a lot of the staff here. He's a rarity in hospitality these days. Food is always spot on. Only issue i see is that they don't have security like all other takeaways in the area which does lead to a lot of undesirable sitting around you as you try to enjoy your food.

I went in with my partner and the Brazilian woman with the glasses had a weird attitude. My partner asked for the usual footlong chicken sandwich, and asked her to drain out the water from the chicken and remove the dough. The woman refused to remove the dough on one side of the bread, and served the watery chicken saying that my partner was hard to deal with. Simple instructions not followed! When my partner returned the wet sandwich she forced him to eat it and then recommended him to get a refund! This is very very poor customer service, not minding that other people were on the queue! So upsetting for us to leave without eating! What kind of service is this? Every time my partner orders here, the women here act like they are tired of their jobs! Using dirty gloves etc..
02/10/2025: they hesitate to put any sauce or veggies in the veggie sub
they take your money and serve you empty plain bread even after asking million times to put decent quantity of veggies. the staff is rude and make faces when you walk in

25/12/2025: I love food from Shake Dog, the shakes are so good, the burgers are tasty and all chicken wings combinations are fantastic!. Costumer service on the other hand depends on the person and the day.

30/05/2024: Closed at half 8 says it’s closed at 9 on the site. Got there at 8:30 and everybody was out the back and was told there closed. Drove 15 mins for nothing. Cool. 👍
