21/03/2024: Food exactly what I needed after a long journey. The gravy chip was fantastic had a chicken wrap with gravy which was fantastic. late night atmosphere was great with music. Fast service and friendly staff. Will be sending all my friends who visit the city
20/03/2024: First time at chicken hut and I got a very terrible reception from the sales attendance. She made it seem as though I was bugging her all through with my questions of wanting to know about the meal boxes and the contents.
I settled for two snack boxes and I got just 3 sachet of ketchup for two whole meal box.
Her attention was called to this and her reply was awful, had to leave because I was not really in the mood to go back and forth.
3 sachet of ketchup to eat two meal boxes is just the craziest and the most awful service I have ever experienced here in Limerick.
Do better and be kind !!!

12/01/2024: I know we have inflation but In my opinion the prices here are steep for what you get.
10/01/2024: Not the beast for food. Got the kebab meal was kinda cold. My friend got the spice box which was €8.95 and consisted of chips and 4 little bits of chicken a very poor effort to be honest.

23/03/2024: I’m not sure what planet the other customers of this place are on but it’s not earth. It’s not the best takeaway of any city and definitely not Ireland. The kebab was not great and they literally drench the kebab in nasty sauce to the point the naan bread is in bits when it arrives at your house. I trusted the reviews that said it was amazing but it’s not even good and on the low end of average. I wish I took a photo before throwing it in the dumpster. Go elsewhere and don’t trust these fake reviews. I called the takeaway and the guy told me that’s what the customers like….don’t insult me and tell me this is what people like.

02/12/2023: Arrived @6.15 this evening where the sign clearly states outside closed @7pm. Ordered our food & asked a staff member was the other seated section closed to which she said yes. We asked well where are we supposed to have our food? She had no answer! I have worked in retail for 26 yrs when your closed @7 your closed @7 & for the record we were gone @6.45pm never ever again! The food was fine the attitude was not!!

20/10/2023: Ordered from here on just eat. Love the food. I'll be ordering again, but just found out that you don't deliver to the city centre that when you delivered to me it was a clitch. Sadly I've to order from the one in o Connell street when this one is better and alot nicer.
