23/03/2024: Loved king cod never had any problems over the years until the last 2 weeks.. my order was wrong last week (received a battered sausage instead of a bag of chips) I was polite on the phone as these things happen and I appreciate how busy they are 1st time I ever had a problem.. I was very promptly helped and my correct order was delivered.. this week I asked for chips (I order the exact same thing every time) my friend was a witness… I rang and I was yelled at down the phone ‘no you did not order chips!.. I said I did and was yelled over saying ‘no you did not You were the same last week’ I was appalled.. why would I make up getting an order wrong twice when I have ordered over 50+ orders over the years and never a bad word said. What I was offered first was ordering a bag of chips but I would had to pay the delivery fee again and then after another phone call I got a ‘sorry for the misunderstanding and was offered a bag of chips (which I would have course have paid for) with free delivery… i refused.. why couldn’t I get that response the first time? Disgusting customer service.. I’m very shocked because they are usually lovely

29/03/2024: I can’t say enough good things about the food, customer service and prompt delivery from TJ Bella’s. After being left without a cooker or refrigerator due to a ill conscience discount direct buy furniture and appliance delivery company for weeks on end ( then an unscrupulous plumber and electrician team) TJ Bella’s delicious food, generous portions, friendly helpful staff and very fast delivery was much appreciated . Best fish and chips ever AND they’ll go the extra mile and prepare both fish and chips gluten free.

25/02/2024: Best fish and chips I think I’ve ever had, no doubt. Very generous portions when it comes to both fish (9,95€) and fries (3,95€). The fish was big, delicious and not too greasy.

30/03/2024: Wouldn’t recommend eating here. Ate in the evening in March and it was colder inside than outside. Half the restaurant you weren’t allowed access because it had been cleaned however the other half which had many empty tables, was not cleaned at all and staff were too busy talking and had to be summoned by person cooking to come serve, this was after the self serve went into an error at the payment time. The food was tough and very greasy and went cold quickly as the air con was blowing on full blast over the food. Overall very disappointing.

20/03/2024: Food is good, in my opinion chicken burger is better than the one in McD’s. Clean, everything good.

23/08/2023: ****SHAMEFUL**** €4.75 for a "large" chips that was realistically a "VERY SMALL" regular. Half a bag of chips. 6yr old ate the whole bag. Verona from now on.***in response to their reply, my husband very reluctantly went back with order and was told it was correct*** so not cone as you replied.
