01/03/2026: Not Family-Friendly – Very Disappointing Experience
If you are considering staying at this hotel with children, I would strongly advise against it. This is not a family-friendly place.
The staff were neither polite nor accommodating, and we did not feel welcome during our stay. On several occasions, they appeared unfriendly and unapproachable. What was especially disappointing was overhearing staff members speaking negatively about guests behind their backs, which felt highly unprofessional.
Overall, the service fell far below expectations, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning.

09/01/2026: The food was delicious and portions were generous. We had the Roast Beef and the Duck and we'll definitely be back!! Also the chairs are really comfy 😃
24/11/2025: Stopped in for breakfast and it was absolutely excellent. The food was fresh, well-presented, and really good quality, easily one of the better breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. The dining area was comfortable and welcoming, and everything came out quickly.
A special shout-out to Radi, who was genuinely exceptional. Her service was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made the whole experience stand out.
Highly recommend dropping in here for breakfast and say hi to Radi!

21/02/2026: €12.00 for raw fish and tasteless chips. The worst I've eaten. Avoid
01/02/2026: so I ordered here 3 times. first time they forgot my curry sauce and the fish was mushy, second time they forgot my nuggets. last time I went in and asked are they sure the curry is inside. the answer was yes, it's in the bag. there was no curry. again 😑

06/01/2026: Mixed bag on quality. The standard dishes served are good, but if you try more exotic dishes then quality lessens. All good if you're getting steaks, burgers etc.
01/12/2025: Currently staying in hotel with our young family(6yr old and baby) we specifically booked dinner for a time where we would avail of the early bird menu, we were waiting at least 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to us to take our order, we were then informed in not a nice manner from waitress that the early bird finished approx 10/15 minutes previous. The waitress in particular was not friendly and quite rude to us. This is unfortunate to us as we are regulars to the hotel and has put a bit of a damper on our stay here currently.

20/12/2025: They list some dishes for €10 or €13 if you want it as a side or main. I wanted to try 2 so I asked if I could get two 1/2 mains for €13 and the guy said yes, but when I came back to pay he said it would be €20 and wouldn’t change it. Only €7 so I paid without saying anything else but won’t come back.

08/06/2024: Really really beautiful restaurant to visit. Food was absolutely delicious, staff so friendly. Brilliant atmosphere. Had an enjoyable afternoon there. We'll be back for sure.
