The best restaurants in Baile chláir

13/12/2024: Called in for lunch today. There was a good few people in restaurant. I was shown a table straight away and given a menu plus the specials of the day. I chose the fish pie special and a pint of orange cordial. Food and drink arrived promptly. The fish pie was out of this world, nice creamy mash with no lumps and plenty of fish in it. There was also serving of veg on the side which were how I like them, not overcooked.This was a good hearty meal served on time by lovely staff. Will definitely be back for more. Congrats to the owners and staff on the running of the Arches.

08/06/2024: Really really beautiful restaurant to visit. Food was absolutely delicious, staff so friendly. Brilliant atmosphere. Had an enjoyable afternoon there. We'll be back for sure.

04/02/2025: The food was fine. I had dinner there 2 days in a row. The dinning room welcome desk and the payment are the same. You have to wait over at least 5 mins to pay and others were skipping the queue and those at the desk allow it. I think the service is terrible. The payment desk should be separate. You're going away with the memory of a terrible service rather than a good meal. That welcome/payment desk let's the hotel down. Very poor experience overall.
