19/10/2024: Went here for my granddaughters christening I have to say it was lovely we all had food which was amazing and done to perfection the staff were so nice and couldn't do enough for us. If you're in ballinasloe you have got to eat here the food is out of this world

03/11/2024: One of the nicest places in Ballinasloe but so disappointed with the lack of consideration. I went to order a takeaway last night and was told they weren't doing takeaways because restaurant was too busy. That was a JOKE and really needs to be reviewed or business will be lost by loyal customers..

31/10/2024: This is the real thing, not a "Italian"-like restaurant. Some of the waitstaff spoke to each other in Italian. But, never mind that: what matters is the food. I had a pasta dish that tasted so authentic that it made me nostalgic (I grew up in Italy). So good!

14/09/2024: We visited for dinner and were warmly greeted by Naomi who was very pleasant and courteous. She was so attentive to us throughout our visit. I had a 10oz sirloin steak on mash with seasonal vegetables. It was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Also during our visit we were served by Shannon, Leanne and Nicole, all of whom were very pleasant, courteous and efficient. The excellent staff and fare made this a lovely experience for us and many thanks to all.

05/10/2024: I just got dinner & drinks here, and it was so so nice! The guys at the bar were so friendly and helpful. I got the chicken supreme, and the sauce they put on it was Devine. 👏🏻

24/09/2024: We booked this location originally because it was a shorter drive than going straight to downtown Galway. We asked to cancel the reservation a day in advance and were unable. So we tried to make the best of it. First issue was the restaurant. The service there was awful so we decided to go out in town. Ended up at Valerie’s where we had an amazing time. We came back to try and catch the last 15 minutes of the jacuzzi only to be told they closed it early to be able to get everyone out by 10. Tried to ask if we can just get in for 5 minutes and was told they open at 6 am. That was one of the main reasons we originally booked this place. So we decided to go up to the room and just clean up and go to bed. This is when we found out the water in the shower was as ice cold and would not get hot. We tried calling the front office numerous times and they would not answer. So we took on the cold water and got ready to go to bed. Then the cherry on the cake was most of the outlets were not working. Luckily we found one and were able to plug in a power strip to get everything charged. So needless to say we do not plan on visiting this establishment again.
