13/10/2024: At Donnelly’s of Barna, I tried the Galway Bay Seafood Chowder, and it was delightful. This thick, rich soup paired perfectly with traditional Irish bread, making the dish especially hearty. The chowder became the true highlight of my meal at this cozy café!

26/10/2024: This was our first time in Spiced Bearna. Unacceptable waiting times to get food to take away. After telling us to wait 40 minutes for our order, they made us wait an extra 40 minutes more in the restaurant, which was very much empty by the way. No apologies. Just a "we are very busy" today (??). The food was average and overpriced. Do not waste your time and pick a different place.
22/09/2024: We liked it so much we went back a second night. Great flavour and quality dishes. Friendly and efficient service.

27/10/2024: I had the 8 course tasting menu at the West. Food was incredibly well prepared, service was excellent. They just need to attention to cleaning. When we sat down at the table the wine glasses were dirty and there were cobweb on the lamp.
02/09/2024: Another fantastic evening at West. The food is so amazing there, the taste, the presentation, all superb. The servers are ready with all sorts of info on both the foods and the drinks. The fish was so fresh, the oysters were gorgeous. Duck cooked to perfection. Last time we went I couldn't fit the dessert so I made sure to leave space last night and it didn't disappoint. 8 course taster menu for €69. It's such a bargain for the evening that you get. Plenty of space between tables, good decor. A really fab evening.

31/10/2024: I recently dined at Pinns Restaurant in Twelve, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The service was impeccable – our server made excellent recommendations and was always nearby if we needed anything without being intrusive.
The food was simply outstanding! Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We tried a few different options, and each one was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chef's attention to detail was clear, and it’s evident they use high-quality ingredients.
The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, making it ideal for a special night out. Whether you're a local or just visiting, I highly recommend Pinns for an unforgettable dining experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
06/08/2024: A beautiful bar, the interior is sophisticated and chic yet cosy. A very inviting atmosphere.
The lunch menu has some great options I'm looking forward to trying. We opted for the Beetroot salad with Goats cheese, it was perfect.
I'd certainly recommend 👌

27/09/2024: When ordering pizza online was quoted 30mins for pickup after placing the order this increased to 60mins - tried ringing to cancel order but no one answered the phone - has to drive there to cancel - poor service
09/09/2024: Used to be a great pizza place. Not anymore. Pineapple on the pizza tasted like it was gone bad. Never again.

30/03/2024: Great coffee. Busy popular spot in Barna Village. The pancakes with yogurt and berries were great and copious serving. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating if weather good. Warm and cosy indoors when weather otherwise. Local staff and which is becoming the exception..keep up the good work
