14/01/2025: Left the motorway to go here and it was closed for winter break. I had checked on Google and it said it was open. It would be great if Google was updated in line with opening and closing hours as it was a wasted journey for us

28/10/2024: It was a very busy time when I came in but the staff on duty that day was very pleasant and did her best to serve the customers very politely. Pastries taste so good. Very decent price and the shop it self is very easy to locate.

19/09/2024: Josey and Karen were amazing! What a great local Irish Pub experience! We couldn't have asked for better. Charming. Funny. Great stories! If you are looking for a great local experience then this is it. And a Pittsburgh Steelers pub to Boot (go Pats!). Next time we are in Ireland we will visit again. In the meantime, go to Harte's and keep our seats warm for us.
20/08/2024: Great local pub situated in the heart of Gort. Friendly Bar man, You couldn't miss the big sign on the wall 'CASH ONLY, NO CARDS'. The locals are not afraid to have a chat with you, without being overly curious and presuming you're some long lost yank looking to trace your roots! The pub was unmodernised, which I found refreshing especially in this day and age where everything is WIFI and TAP and people have forgotten the art of conversation, not a smart phone in sight, just gentle harmless banter and the added bonus that €5 CASH will get you one of the nicest pints of Guinness ever

04/12/2024: Was dining yesterday with my family, just wasted money-terrible taste of food ,a Chinese lady was sitting around with her family, poor English also very bad manners and attitude.
20/08/2024: The waitress was very helpful and kind, the portions are huge but you can take takeaway, the food was delicious! Would 100% recommend to anyone

16/12/2024: The level of customer service in this hotel is appalling. Due to personal circumstances I had to contact the hotel reception following my stay. Fiona the receptionist shouted at me and abruptly hung up on when asking a question. I tried to call back several times with no answer. I had to go to the hotel to have my query addressed where I was met by this receptionist who not only insulted me and my partner but shouted at us and was extremely hostile towards us. Her response was that I asked the same question to many times and that is why she hung up on me. This hotel is extremely unprofessional and staff are rude and unhelpful. As a guest I would not suggest anyone to stay here and receive this treatment.

09/07/2024: The food was okay, small portions, fine for me but not for someone who eats normally. It wasn't bad and the wait wasn't too long. Would recommend ordering before or expecting 20-25minutes wait at least.
