11/09/2025: This is the first mosto in Ireland where I felt unwanted. The young man behind the bar seemed quite unpleasant. For every beer we had to push our way through people sitting at the bar. I didn't like it here very much. I was here during my holiday. Everyone around is kinder and nicer. The only nice thing is the burning fireplace. PS: In the end, the lady who replaced me saved it a bit, but you only make a first impression once.

30/05/2025: We stopped for a pint in Gort and struck up a convo with some locals about an ancestral home (with sketchy details) but they knew what we were talking about and even looked up the phone number of an old-timer who could fill in some gaps! What a thrill (and the bar was quite fun, too; the horse-racing was on the telly!)

25/12/2025: Nice hotel, restaurant and pub. Not much around the location however.

11/12/2025: We had a coffee morning for MS the scones and mince pies were lovely thanks again for having us. Great staff

10/07/2025: The Guinness is okay but the toilets need cleaned, properly. Snot wiped on walls is not a good look. The public toilets across the street are cleaner. Guess which is which !🙄

30/07/2025: A big thank you to the young lady who carefully packed up our cupcakes so they made it all the way up to Ballintober on my daughter's knees....

21/09/2025: Everything in Apache Gort is just amazing You get free parking. Sitting area near and Clean Staff is very friendly. Food is Tasty. Love Apache Gort

26/09/2025: Odd place, I ordered a rendang curry and got a bowl of chicken and veg with a McDonnells style curry.

20/09/2025: I do like the food but our order has been incorrect at least 4 times when we have had delivery. Very disappointed as we wait at least an hour for delivery and then it's wrong. This ruins it for everyone as there's always someone let down

27/12/2025: Got a chicken fillet burger meal Man behind the counter tried to overcharge me and insisted he was right told me it would be 10 minutes, i was the only one in the shop it took 25 minutes for the food to come out and it was the worst takeaway food ive ever had burger bun was stale and it was slapped together, chips were hard obviously cooked with old oil and the curry sauce was a tiny half filled tub of bad curry sauce would not recommend this place, i couldnt eat in because how dirty the tables and seats were and there was a bad smell of smoke from the kitchen

15/12/2025: I have eaten their pizza and burger both were so fresh. I would recommend this store to everyone if you are in Gort and want to have fresh and yummiest food. 10/10 kudos to the team …
