02/04/2024: Superb indian food! The meat was just so tender, you could literally pull it apart with a fork. We had both chicken and lamb, both prepared to perfection!
I would definitely recommend getting the mixed platter for two as a starter - it provides a diverse mix of small dishes that were all just so tasty. The mains didn't disappoint either, punchy in flavours and perfect in texture!
One callout is that the portions are massive - we took an extra naan with our dish and could have done without :)

15/03/2024: This was a maiden voyage with our local takeaway and I'm sorry to so it was just awful. I love Indian takeaways and have tried most of the establishments around the area. This was by far the most disappointing. The onion bhaji was dry and flavourless. The first bad bhaji I've ever tasted! The butter chicken tasted like chicken in cream. No spices or flavour at all. I had the lamb tikka starter which apparently melts in your mouth. Tough as boots but flavour was decent. The chilli masala had plenty of spice but the only flavour I could taste was tobasco which was concerning. Every other local Indian takeaway option is many levels above here.
09/03/2024: Ordered lamb bhuna with plain naan, poppadoms and mint sauce. Best bhuna I've had and food arrived piping hot. I highly recommend

07/10/2023: I have been getting roys every so often for the last few years. I dont live close so its a half hour drive but its worth it. Im always very pleased with my food, its very flavoursome but not overly spiced. (i go for mild dishes). Staff are always friendly and polite. Thanks very much!

30/03/2024: I’d suggest don’t call it an indian restaurant. It’s a restaurant that sells Irish curry under the “Indian restaurant” name. Literally the worst Indian food I had in all my years in Ireland and surprisingly all the good reviews are from people who are not familiar with real Indian food. Waste of money and time! Absolutely yuck 🤢

30/03/2024: 1 of the worst restaurants i hv encountered. To start with the lady managing the place at reception is tardy and provides horrible customer service. Time take to get the food ready was 1 hour. After 1 hour we recieved food with veggies barely chopped and half cooked. Extremely spicy and not nearly the right consistency or flavour. The biryani if it even can be called that was absolutely revolting with bitter tasting leaves mixed in it.
29/03/2024: We had chicken tikka masala and chicken biryani for dinner. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. We also ordered garlic naan and I have no words to describe how amazing the naan was, just out of the oven. 100% recommended.
