29/03/2025: Tuvimos una celebración familiar en el restaurante Rolys anoche tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. Khan y su personal eran excepcionales y la atención al detalle en la comida, el ambiente y el servicio era insuperable. Nos hicieron muy bienvenidos e hicieron nuestra noche muy especial Gracias y éxito continuo a todos ustedes Joanne Heaney y su familia

14/03/2025: Recibido por recepcionista muy severo. Llegamos 5 minutos antes, lo que parecía ser un problema. Decepcionado de que no nos reconocieran. No pregunté nuestros nombres acaba de entrar en el comedor. Comedor congelado. Pedí que se pusiera calor. Posteriormente apagado a petición de los nuevos comensales sin preguntarnos. Mi comida llegó y regresó como no se ordenó, lo que significa que otros comensales comieron mientras esperaba. La comida era muy buena. Servicio muy decepcionante l. Esta fue una celebración de cumpleaños que no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas. No recomendaría si quieres algo especial.

27/04/2025: Qué bar maravilloso para parar en la zona del Temple Bar. Es un lugar elegante en comparación con algunos de los otros bares de la zona. Si usted está buscando algunos asientos acogedores y grandes bebidas este es el lugar. El asistente del gerente, Roberta, era un anfitrión increíble y pasó mucho tiempo conociéndonos. Siempre se aseguraba de que nos cuidaran. Sus habilidades de hospitalidad son realmente increíbles y estoy seguro de que será la gerente en poco tiempo. También los tiernos bares Darren y Mario nos sirvieron unos deliciosos martini expreso! Tuvimos la suerte de alojarnos en el Morgan Hotel, que recomiendo encarecidamente, ya que es una ventaja adicional tener este bar justo abajo de las escaleras!

25/04/2025: Aparecimos en el bar y Mario nos hizo una gran bebida y nos dio un coche maravilloso. Fueron muy amables y acogedores. El DJ vino después de las 10 en punto.

19/05/2025: I was at Diceys Saturday night for the first time in years. It was so good. The music was great not what we are used to as we usually go to Index or Pawn Shop but really enjoyed it. The crowd was good craic all buzzers. Security on the door and inside were really nice to us. We were in VIP where I hadn’t been in years either, great memories in there. Would definitely go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

19/05/2025: Good place, but it always gets overcrowded, which is perfect if you want to party, but sometimes, I think they don't take care of the number of people inside, so much so that it's very difficult to leave, once you're inside

14/05/2025: Excellent customer service from Derek Cronin in the furniture dept of Arnott’s Dept Store. I bought chairs yesterday and Derek was very professional and his advice was very valuable. I would highly recommend Derek and his customer friendly approach which was is above the norm.

13/05/2025: I received a voucher for my birthday and decided after reviewing the Arnotts website to get a pair of New Balance runners show on the site. I selected a few pairs I liked, then went into the store two weeks ago. After spending 20 minutes wandering aimlessly in the shoe section looking for the New Balance section, I gave up looking and asked a security guy. He said he wasn't sure where they were. Eventually I just gave up trying to find New Balance after checking two other floors and browsed the other shoe offerings. Ecco had a dedicated section, so I browsed there for about 20 minutes eventually selecting a pair I liked. I asked for my usual size which they had. Tried them on and they were enormous. Speaking to the person looking after me, requested the size down, having purchased Ecco several times previously. They were definitely a snugger fit by comparison, but with now two Ecco staff in attendance they agreed that the smaller size were a better fit and that the trainers would stretch anyway. Taking their advice on board and having ruled out another pair of shoes that just looked awful on, I bought them. Ten days later and these Ecco shoes have cut the heels off me. They are hands-down the most uncomfortable shoes of any type that I have ever bought. Two key points from my experience for Arnotts to consider: 1. It should be made very clear that New Balance are not actually available in your store to try on. This was not the case. I asked two store staff where New Balance was located and neither were aware they didn't have a dedicated section and that you basically buy the shoes online and hope for the best, with the option to collect in store or have them delivered for a fee and obviously return if you get it wrong. Not quite the shopping experience I anticipated getting in Arnotts. Sports Direct yes, but definitely not Arnotts. 2. The Ecco selection of shoes and trainers is very limited in store. Ecco shoes are not a cheap item to purchase and it would have been helpful to get more advice and possibly measure my feet just to be sure. Ecco have an online foot measuring tool, so I incorrectly assumed they would also have something in-store. The shoes were clearly designed by an 8 year old in terms of comfort factors. There is zero padding in the heel area. My feet are blistered and my heels cut from constant friction. They also make a ridiculous squeaking sound when you walk in them on ANY surface. Overall, just a very disappointing experience. Displayed items are nice. The store is not that easy to navigate. I've included photos that demonstrate the confusion over how New Balance is advertised on the Arnotts website. The first photo mentions nothing of Online. I have included a photo of the Ecco leather trainers I bought. Never again. The most uncomfortable footwear I have ever bought.

29/03/2025: Really poor in every level. Delivery over 30 minutes late, already on a delivery that should have been much quicker. And then when it arrived was dry cold and tasted like plasterboard.

20/02/2025: The New Manager Stella and Her Staff are just Amazing " Compared to The Old Crew from Few years Ago.. So much has Changed for the Better. The Food " Service has brought the place back What it was Long ago with Vlad ." Keep Up the Great Work 💪

12/03/2025: Well-decorated gastropub full of screens so a good spot to watch sport if the atmosphere isn't an issue. Not many people there for a major sporting event on a Saturday afternoon. Service was not great. I asked if they had an IPA. They said they didn't although I saw afterwards that there was one on tap. The Smithwicks I chose instead was a little short of a full pint. Not enough to send back but just indicative of a lack of care. It was brought to me without a beermat even though the counter I was sitting at was stone (or stone-like composite). There used to be a full separate vegan menu. That has been replaced by nothing. Not a single vegan option on the current menu. Staff didn't even attempt to offer suggestions. Chips (only option) were fine if a little greasy. The grease wouldn't have mattered much had we been given napkins. Condiments would have helped too. I'm told the pizza was decent. Prices were normal for the area. Staff didn't seem to care much. Nobody checked if we needed anything and when paying the bill they didn't ask if everything was okay. They just did badly on the most basic things. There's nothing there for me to eat so I won't eat there again anyway but I doubt I'll be in for a drink either.

29/01/2025: No es genial. El servicio era decente, pero la comida era mala. Tengo una hamburguesa de pollo con papas fritas, la hamburguesa de pollo parecía que estaba justo en la freidora de grasa, era completamente de gran tamaño y en su mayoría migas de pan, sin salsa completamente seca. Las patatas fritas olían y sabían a aceite vegetal. Muy caro y decepcionante

29/05/2025: I placed an order at 8:25pm and it was scheduled to be delivered at 9:30pm, more than 1 hour and yet the pizza was delayed another 26min to be delivered, that is, more than 1:30h for a pizza to be delivered.

12/05/2025: The worst pizza we have ever eaten! We ordered two pizzas and received them from the store, one was burnt and inedible...! We paid €56 for the two average pizzas....we never gave this money anywhere for take away! I will cry the money for a long time…..

16/04/2025: Love this place. Great gastro pub food and amazing beers. Lots of lovely staff, occasional grumpy bar staff - to be expected in Dublin! Worth a visit for the drinks selection alone but the buttermilk chicken is also outstanding.

25/05/2025: It was one of the best takeaways I have had in Dublin. The food was delicious and tasty, and the portions were quite big. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Malaysian or Chinese food, or wants to try something new.

24/05/2025: I am a Malaysian and missed my country food so much, came here few times caz the food is really good same as I have in Malaysia like chicken kung po, chow mien, curry beef rice Sometimes, when I have gathering with friends will order mega box which is really a good deal and they also provide delivery service. Oh ya, their service really improve a lot, the cashier is really polite and fulfils my request. Cheers, Rialto
