28/08/2025: Amazing place for social meetings, drinks and food. Had the steak which was cooked to perfection and the chips are outstanding. Definitely worth a visit, or several 😊

15/09/2025: This hotel is a 20 minute walk to the heart of Dublins tourist area. We loved the quieter neighborhood and the many great restraunts on the walk to and from the hotel. We enjoyed being outside the crowded area. The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the common space and having someone available all the time to help us if needed

03/06/2025: We recently hosted our Day 2 of our wedding in the river terrace of Ashtons, and to say the team went above and beyond would be an understatement! We went for the BBQ option and the food was incredible (and plentiful!) and every single member of the Ashtons team were so lovely, and so attentive to all of our guests. We had a number of guests coming up to us making comments about how well run the whole event was! I couldn’t recommend it more for anyone booking an event, Gerry and the team were fantastic to work with.

07/03/2025: —- Oh guys what happened? Was going there for years and used to be great but now very disappointing! —- I know your in middle of renovations, but portion for chicken supreme was pigeon leg sized and in red wine gravy and mash… ehh and chicken supreme is usually in a white creamy sauce? Too expensive shrink-flationed portions! Bridges burnt won’t return.

21/09/2025: Best spot love coming here and really love that they’re dog friendly! Staff are lovely had some great chicken wings and quesadillas sitting in the sun ❤️

14/09/2025: Ate here a few weeks ago. The food was very good. It's a nice place. I had the prawns and they were delicious. They were cooked just right, and with the perfect blend of flavours. My mother had the lasagne and she said it was very good. Also the prices were not too bad.

24/08/2025: Ordered three cod and chips and was very disappointed. One portion was tiny, and the batter on all three was overcooked and too hard — my elderly family members had to eat the fish out of the batter. Chips were fine, but overall poor quality for the price and reputation. I contacted the shop but the reply felt like a generic script, not a real acknowledgement of the issues. Very disappointing. We won’t be back and I don’t recommend — especially surprising for a seafront restaurant with such a reputation.

31/05/2025: Fabulous brunch spot. Our server joked around with us and made us feel right at home. Delicious soup, toast, sandwiches, and coffee. Decoration is lovely and seating is comfortable.

28/05/2025: THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER, an absolute disgrace to the so called management. The restaurant was busy with a confirmation when we arrived which was fine but once the group of about 25 adults & over 20 children finishing eating, the restaurant turned into what I can only describe as a circus with both teenagers & younger kids literally running up & down between the tables chasing & shouting at each other. Children are naturally noisy & boisterous when they get together but we werent in McDonalds and not one parent told their kids to sit down or be somewhat quiet & no respect was shown for us and other paying customers who had trouble having a conversation because of the volume of shouting.While the staff had trouble accessing the other tables to serve food, we were amazed that the manageress watched on & did absolutely nothing to address the situation. When we complained she simply agreed that the behaviour in a restaurant setting was out of order & blamed the parents for not keeping their children under contol. I blame the management for their inaction in allowing it to happen. I have no problem with children's parties but I certainly don't want to sit in the middle of one to eat my dinner & pay restaurant prices for it.

30/08/2025: Mi experiencia en 10 Fleet Street fue nada menos que espantosa. Una bebida completa fue sacada de nuestra mesa mientras todavía estábamos bebiendo, y en lugar de manejar un simple error con profesionalidad, el personal optó por burlarse e insultarnos. La camarera se rió en nuestras caras y nos llamó mentirosos. Cuando pedimos hablar con el gerente, la situación de alguna manera se deterioró aún más —se alejó en medio de la conversación, me levantó la mano en la cara para callarme, nos dijo que estaba “demasiado ocupado” para lidiar con nuestra queja y también nos llamó mentirosos. Este nivel de falta de respeto tanto del personal de primera línea como de la dirección es absolutamente inaceptable en cualquier entorno de hospitalidad. Lo que debería haber sido una resolución directa se convirtió en un ejercicio de humillación y hostilidad. El comportamiento aquí demostrado refleja una completa falta de profesionalidad, rendición de cuentas y atención básica al cliente. Recomiendo encarecidamente evitar 10 Fleet Street si espera ser tratado incluso con las normas mínimas de cortesía y respeto.

13/08/2025: By far, one of the best steaks I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection. The sauce, sautéed onions...it just elevates the dish to the next level. This dish was paired with the Shiraz on the wine menu. The staff is friendly and attentive! I'm glad I tried this because I had their seasonal gnocchi a few days ago, and it just didn't hit the spot.

23/08/2025: In viaggio a Dublino ho mangiato più volte in questo posto, sempre molto soddisfatta. Ottimo il loro piatto della tradizione fish & chips, per me in versione senza glutine con una perfetta panatura croccante e non unta. Atmosfera informale ma con stile e servizio attento e curato. Una nota particolare alla professionalità e simpatia di Simone!

22/08/2025: GOT A HAIR IN MY FOOD !!! WHEN I POINTED THIS OUT TO STAFF SHE SAID THE HAIR IS BLACK , AND YOU HAVE DARK HAIR . BUT OTHER STAFF HAD LONG BLACK HAIR ALSO . I GOT NO APPOLAGY NO SORRY NO NOTHING. SHE JUST WALKED OFF AS IF IT WAS MY PROBLEM NOT HER'S. RUDE , AND CHEEKY STAFF . UN TRAINED IN FOOD SAFTY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT EAT HERE , ITS A DUMP.

14/07/2025: He estado planeando venir a Forest Avenue durante siglos y no me decepcionó. Cena con amigos. Pequeño restaurante con un ambiente relajado encantador. El menú degustación era fantástico. Cada plato, incluyendo todas las sorpresas, muy bien cocinado y presentado. Preciosa botella de Riesling (tan buena que tuvimos que tomar 2! ). No es barato, pero absolutamente sentía que valía la pena. Definitivamente volveré.

22/06/2025: Me encanta este restaurante. He sido muchas veces y siempre siempre brillante. No tengo ni idea de cómo no tiene una estrella Michelin, ya que está allí como uno de los mejores restaurantes de Irlanda. Cada plato era algo que nunca había experimentado antes y estaba cocinado a la perfección, perfectamente equilibrado y lleno de sabor.

18/08/2025: I visited Jimmy Rabbitte's Pub with a friend, and upon arrival, we were speaking in our native language. The bouncer checked my ID and informed me that the pub operates a 23+ policy, so we couldn't enter. However, two Irish girls who arrived after us were not asked for their IDs and were allowed entry without issue. This inconsistency in enforcement felt discriminatory and left us feeling unwelcome. It's disappointing when policies aren't applied equally to all customers. I do not suggest this racist pub to anyone.

01/09/2025: Comfortable, spacious room with a functional bathroom and a great shower. Excellent location to avoid Dublin's high prices while still being a quarter of an hour from the city center.

05/09/2025: The new Glasthule location is dreadful in comparison with Monkstown. I've given it every opportunity, but breakfast, lunch and dinner were all awful. Such a disappointment as Monkstown restaurant is fantastic. Even the orange juice in Glasthule is advertised (and charged) as freshly squeezed, but they later admit that's only in Monkstown. Glasthule is out of a carton. Talk about risking your brand!

19/08/2025: Low key vibe with great service. Food was solid apart from the nuts in the banana bread (why do so many places ruin cakes and desserts by putting nuts in them?) and yogurt portion size. Full breakfast vg. Toilet was a bit smelly.
