10/06/2026: I was delighted to be part of a group from Dundalk Food & Drink that visited The Windsor at the end of May, when we were treated to a showcase of the best food that the restaurant has to offer. I enjoyed my choice of a starter of chicken & mushroom risotto, followed by a tasty (and generous) hake tempura with saffron sauce. Marieta Rías Baixas Albariño 2024 and Segredos de São Miguel Alentejano 2023 were the wines on offer. A warm welcome and excellent service added greatly to our visit. 👏👏👏 to all the staff!

04/05/2026: Brought my parents and wife here today and this was a 5/5 start to finish. Everyone loved their own dish and the Baked Alaska was to due for at the end. Definitely will return again.
24/04/2026: We booked the clermont for a rehearsal lunch before a wedding. Aaron took great care of us, was super easy to work with and helped with any wishes we had throughout the process.
The food was excellent. The portions were large and the quality was superb.
The atmosphere was beautiful, we were sitting by the greenery in the classroom.
Overall a 5/5 experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to dine, celebrate or hang out.

The fish and chips and the Irish breakfast are really filling and satisfying. For the quality, the prices are very reasonable, €17 for an Irish breakfast and €20 for haddock fish and chips.
It’s also in a great location, right in the town centre, which makes it even more convenient.

11/05/2026: My friends and I went after class to play pool, this man kept "pretending" to follow us to the bathroom as a joke and it must be a common thing to do in this establishment because the staff and rest of customers who I assume are regulars laughed loudly. Is not a safe place, you are only welcomed if you are a creep old man.
07/05/2026: They changed the menu the curry is ok but the old one is better never change a good thing reluctant to go back

07/12/2024: The full Irish breakfast is one of the best I have ever had! Great creamy hot chocolate too (and I am a picky one!) The service was very friendly and we got served fast. Inside is very pretty and cosy. Thank you 🥰
