08/12/2024: Went for the first time last weekend for my partners birthday and was unbelievably impressed. The food was amazing and there was loads of it. Service was top notch also. Will definitely be back.

Place was packed and since it was raining outside could not be used (welcome to Ireland).
Small wait for a table but worth it.
Food was very good.
Waitresses very friendly.
Service was great.
Thank you for the delicious meal.
Will definitely be stopping back.
09/10/2024: âGood things come in small packagesâ is true for this lively garden centre. Plants and flowers look quite healthy, not two items are the same, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Pity I didnât see their hens, but I came across a beautiful cat, who kept a watchful eye on my dog :) I didnât try the cafe on this occasion, but noticed that itâs popular. I will be back when Iâm in the area again.

09/10/2024: Good quality breakfast and great coffee. Nice gift shop too. Would have sat outside in loft area had we known it was there but we were steered into the front part and only realised how large and sprawling it was after finishing our meal.

Wonderful park. We bought a season ticket and visited all summer. Every time the park and gardens delighted us with something new. You can see the house once. Educational, but a bit expensive. Meeting the owners made the visit to the house more enjoyable. Good tour guides. We were impressed by the girl from Italy. She put her soul into her work and really wanted to help us learn all the interesting things.
Highly recommend visiting.
There are already plenty of photos online. The main thing is the experience.

29/11/2024: Had a table booked, they had out phone number, we checked earlier in the day to confirm, yet when we got there (5 mins early) they told us they'd let the chef go home as it had been a very quiet evening. Not impressed, after organising a babysitter and travelling for over a half hour.
Killeens down the street took us, provided excellent food, service and atmosphere.

24/11/2024: Absolutely beautiful carvery. âŹ20 for the carvery and a dessert, and a bistin portion! Apple tart was gorgeous! Meat melted in your mouth, and all the veggies were cooked to perfection. Great good, great service, and a lovely drop of tea!
After drooling over the Facebook posts, I'm so glad I've had a chance to try it for real. Very highly recommended!

25/11/2024: Lovely little cafe in Phibsborough situated in one of the estates and off the main road. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere with a friendly staff. The pastries are so delicious.
10/11/2024: I had the misfortune to pop into this place.
Staff are so rude and only interested in talking to each other.
Filthy, with dishes and half eaten food lying all over the counter.
Give it a miss as obviously management have some type of hard on for palastine, bloody flags everywhere.
I suggest you look after your business/customers first and leave the politice to someone else.

The owner is more interested in questioning my creditability and defending the staff rudeness and filth of his cafe.

10/10/2024: This is such a beautiful spot. We walked down from the square and glad we passed the other few cafes on the way down. It was busy which is always a good sign. We ordered some breakfast paninis, Tea and a Latte. Portions were enough to satisfy and the taste was divine. Lovely atmosphere with more to the cafe then the front room. Great value for the quality of the food and service. If you're in Birr pop in you won't be disappointed.
Had to buy some cake and Gluten free buns before we left. Couldn't resist...
05/10/2024: Had really tasty latte and pastries there on friday. Service was very nice from 2 girls but not very nice and welcoming from one girl at the till who took our order- she seemed annoyed when I asked questions about food and drinks for kids, I probably didn't order food fast enough and asked too many questions- that is impression I got.
