11/02/2026: Good food. We stopped for coffee and cake. Saw the breakfasts being brought out from the kitchen they looked huge.
08/02/2026: Had to wait a good while to get served but the manager did apologise. These things happen and it's how they're dealt with. Setting that aside, the coffee was first class

The Strand Bar

13/02/2026: I’ve spent two days in Strandhill and Sligo, and both days I’ve come to The Strand Bar. The staff is beyond helpful and are some of the more friendly personnel I’ve met during my trip to IE. If you find yourself in Strandhill, the Strand Bar is worth a visit!
P.s. - Give the local beer a try!
08/02/2026: Called in on a whim after a day on the beach. Absolutely delighted with the service, the surroundings, the menu and the delicious food. Highly recommended.

02/07/2025: Reasonable accommodation rates and very flexible. Very welcoming and informative. Live music downstairs but this was explained in advance . Would recommend
