26/06/2024: Camped in Rosses Point a couple of weeks ago when the weather wasn’t the best & struggled to find somewhere we could sit in for dinner as we had our dog with us. The staff in Austies were so accommodating & let us sit in the bar area which is dog friendly & served us food from there. We also had our 8 month old baby with us so it was great to see the menu had a baby bowl she could have with mash & either gravy or soup, opted to have it with the soup which she LOVED! The food was lovely, massive portion sizes & very friendly staff/great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area!

09/07/2024: Osta was one of my favorite brunch spots for all the years I was in Sligo. Great atmosphere, lovely staffs and good food, what else can one ask for. The egg Benedict was my go to, the smoothies are absolutely delicious as well. Great view of the river garavogue on days we could sit outside.

Staff where so accommodating, got a table within a reasonable time, and food was served shortly after that .
I could see that they were really busy and yet the staff are so polite friendly and pleasant, and the food was delicious.

The Chef was accommodating with our food preferences, the food was cooked to perfection and scrumptious! We would highly recommend.

06/07/2024: Met family members for brunch, we all had the Irish breakfast, both meaty and vegetarian versions. All delicious, 5 clean plates. Recommended.
22/06/2024: I visited Lyons Cafe to meet with a friend and grab something to eat. While I have always found the quality and choice of food unbeatable in Lyons I have to say that on this visit I have to mention the service. We dealt with a young man who is a credit to his family as well as Lyons. He was friendly, obliging and very professional as are all the staff there but what stood out was his personable manner. He made eye contact and smiled while obviously very busy serving customers. We were so impressed we went up afterwards and asked his name, Liam. Well done for remembering it's not just about getting orders out, customers are people too. Excellent.

04/04/2024: Mid hotel. Lack of parking it's a joke, I was forced to drive around and look for space to park. Hotel car park is for merely 10 cars! River view was nice, be aware though, it's really loud. Room had poor isolation, so I could hear other guests, but at least I was clean. Also someone from the staff accidentally turned on the fire alarm and woke us up early am ...
