The best restaurantsof irish in Sligo

02/04/2024: The place is neither cheap nor expensive but definitely not worth going. Food was very poor and didn't present well. At first waitress brought a crispi chicken and tried to convince me that it was what i exactly ordered, 3 people confirmes i ordered duck - she was standing there for another while trying to leave it at the tabel, she took it eventually. As much starter was just ok, the main dish Duck was just a grilled breast of duck (half skin still fat and the other half burned and dry) with nothing else at the plate. Boiled rice came separately, I was the only one to order it as all rest of people had a dish (with rice/noodles included). The waitress brought second rice and said we ordered it, no one knew that we did and we said definitely we ordered one, she was amended we definitely did and eventually she just left it at the table and add to a charge, no one touched it but we were still charged for it. My partner ordered a dish without prawns but he told me that the dish tasted like it was already previously cooked together with prawns they were only taken out of the dish - thankfully he is not allergic to shellfish only doesn't like it!

01/04/2024: We visited on Easter Monday 2 adults and 1 child. Nice food, good service, good prices. Highly reccomended. Really enjoyed this visit.
