13/01/2025: The premises is in a good location and a wide selection of drinks are on offer. However, the business is more of an expensive restaurant than a pub. There is no atmosphere. The proprietor has poor people skills and can be quite rude.

29/01/2025: Food is absolutely the best I have eaten by far. But very frustrating with their opening times as iv arrived in a few times after checking opening times on google to find them closed when they say on google times they are open. Would cause a hesitation for me in future on making plans to go there as cannot be sure they will be open.
26/01/2025: Exquisite service today, I wish I caught the name of our server today, he was a ray of sunshine on a cold january day. Went above and beyond, singing happy birthday and presenting my mother with a brownie and ice cream. Food was delicious, the rosemary chips are lovely, burgers were delicious. The food is fantastic and the staff really make the place. Thank you!

24/07/2024: We have been here many times. On this occasion however we went specifically to order the "chicken sizzler", which we had ordered on a previous occasion, (two weeks before). we ordered extra chillies, and this was provided by the chef. Delicious.
This time my wife ordered the very same, including the extra chillies.
It was not the same. No Spicy flavour. No heat, and absolutely no extra chillies. Basically it was a chicken stew with rice.
When we complained to the waiter, he said that the chef was not use to serving hot spicy dishes around here.
This was not the same chef as the one who cooked our previous dinner two weeks prior.
Not a happy customer. 😡
