15/01/2025: I ordered a pizza, garlic bread, and tagliatelle without chicken. When I arrived to pick up the order, I was told it would take 5 more minutes, which was perfectly fine—I understand delays happen. However, I ended up waiting over 25 minutes! When I finally got home, I found out that the tagliatelle had chicken in it, even though we specifically ordered it without. When we called to clarify, we were told we must have added the chicken to the order when the receipt clearly shows no chicken. We were adamant that we didn’t as seen in the receipt, we were offered a refund for the chicken. At that point, the refund felt pointless. While the pizza was good, the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. Waiting so long and receiving the wrong order, only to have the blame shifted onto us, made this an experience we wouldn’t want to repeat.
