07/09/2025: I cannot recommend Carlito’s Way enough - from the amazing and artfully presented food to the attentive and helpful staff, the experience is spectacular from start to finish. I was even given a loan of an umbrella in the rain! Carlito’s Way deserves nothing less than the whole five stars.

05/10/2025: Still the best pizza there is and I've had pizza all over the world. However my favourite is the Tortellini Ala Panna which is just like crack for me. Insanely good food and prices. My only problem is i need to go more to sample more of the menu because i keep getting the same thing that i love so much. I have been told the steak is amazing, up there with the best of them. One thing i would say is get comfortable. This is not fast food, relax and enjoy the place.
28/09/2025: Does not answer phone when you try to book ,when you go in to book dismissive not helpful, food smelt great but no idea how you get a table .

The owner is genuinely kind and attentive — someone who truly cares about the customers and the quality of the restaurant. You can feel the passion behind the service.

26/06/2025: I often go here for food, and in person the food was delicious. However I ordered delivery tonight. The prices were higher, the portions were smaller and the same dish I always get was not saucy but more watery and not cheesy as it usually is. It's also usually served with chips but they're extra on delivery 🙄. Husband got carbonara and it wasn't great either. Could have made it at home for a quarter of the price. So disappointed. Called the chef who just disregarded my complaint. I won't be going back in person either. I guess loyal customers don't matter.
21/06/2025: Twice in a month we have been in the restaurant for a family gathering-the food is amazing, the staff are lovely people and it’s extremely good value-I honestly don’t know why it’s not more busy-we will certainly be back soon-Lynn Rice

13/12/2025: Went there for dinner. Ordered 2 main courses which were cold after long delay. Asked for potato instead of chips. Cost 3.50. Parmesan cheese coat 2.50. Bit over the top. We not offered the desert menu. Restaurant was quiet for a Friday. Have visited before and was lovely but would not go back.
28/11/2025: We had to leave because we didn’t have cash, but we’ve really felt bad because the workers were very nice.
