Ichibanya Sushi and Noodles Bar
Cork, <20£
05/12/2025: The food is amazing, but I am giving three stars because one of the waitresses is rude every time. The skinny , long hair with a pair of glasses. The other staffs are lovely.
18/11/2025: Nice service and really tasty food with a good price. It's one of the best japanese restaurants in this city

Miyazaki
Cork
14/03/2026: Excellent take away - some reviewers seem to think this is supposed to be a restaurant and are giving it negative reviews. Ignore those dopes, it’s a take away and an amazing one at that !
10/03/2026: Well done Miyazaki, spotted on shinkansen to cork

Sakura
Cork
30/03/2026: Hands down the best food I've ever tasted. Everytime I come home to Cork I make sure to get it. Absolutely delicious. The staff are so polite and the restaurant is beautiful too.
15/03/2026: Good food. Just really squishy small seats. But the ramen was tasty and filling

Wabisabi
Cork
17/03/2026: vegan menu slaps and staff are lovely and thank you for the complimentary green tea and also the cocktails are delicious 💛
16/03/2026: The food was tasty, but it's very expensive and the portions are tiny. The sushi comes in 4 to 6 pieces, and for the same price or less you can get 8 pieces at nearby places... I really don't recommend it.

Dashi
Cork
26/09/2025: We loved to go to Dashi and it was our go-to takeaway in COVID times. I ordered for collection on a Thursday evening at 7pm, half of the sushi options were gone and the curry and udon noodle dishes (or at least parts thereof) were heated in a microwave, and it still took them 25 minutes to put the order together. The dishes lacked veggies and where mediocre at best, and I couldn't finish the seaweed salad. Very disappointed.
18/09/2025: Visited the place just for the first time, as I saw they have a lot of great reviews, and variety of options, but unfortunately were disappointed, as many of the ingredients weren’t just included.
They show in the menu that the sushi has variety of ingredients, and a lot of interesting stuff like: asparagus, chive, chilli powder, and so, but unfortunately they just used instead of the asparagus the curcumber, and we had no chives or chilli powder, although we should have had😟
Also the trout sushi we had was half raw/and half cooked👀

Maki Sushi Rolls
Cork
06/03/2026: The food is good but the tiny portions at an expensive price spoil the whole experience. Very very mean considering 90% of the food is vegetables.
13/02/2026: I get food from here regularly and food is always lovely and fresh but when I went to pay it was 50c more than usual and I always get the same thing. I didn’t question I just paid and looked after and I was overcharged (i checked Deliveroo as well) I know it’s only small but I have found this recently around cork places they put on these little charges hoping no one will notice and it all adds up. It’s already expensive enough without adding secret charges

Ichigo Ichie
Cork
22/03/2026: Cod was fantastic. Melt in the mouth. The signature dashi broth over the rice and salmon is seriously tasty. Asahi is crisp. A taste of the land of the rising sun on leeside. The waiters were great, particularly Pierre who served our table!
13/03/2026: Had a lovely meal as always! Highly recommend
