07/10/2026: Run by a Wonderful Philippine family & Philippine Chef. Great skill in Teppenyaki culinary & sushi. Our first time there and make our evening super. They even throw in a singing show after dinner. 18 years in operation in business. Super food and great staff especially the show man ship chef. You got to come see Marvin and his singing skill. Not a joke.

The environment transports me to Japan with its decorations and taste. The personnel are really nice. We've only tried the sushi and the desserts :]

16/10/2026: Unfortunately, after more than 5 years of being a regular customer, I won’t be returning to this restaurant. It’s really disappointing to say this, but this is the second time in just one month that I’ve been served food that was simply not fit to eat. Three weeks ago, the salmon smelled bad, and today I ordered a beef bento box. The beef was absolutely impossible to chew, full of tough sinew and gristle. It was completely inedible. I mentioned the issue with the meat when paying, but unfortunately, the experience left me extremely disappointed. It’s such a shame because I’ve been coming here for years, and I never expected the quality of the food to decline to this level. However, after two such experiences in such a short period of time, I’ve lost my trust in this restaurant. Sadly, this will be my last visit. Very disappointing

13/10/2026: Had a great feast here yesterday after our daughter's wedding. It was perfect in every way, especially our host from the north of Honshu, the mountains and snow. What a wonderful lady. So charming and witty .

12/10/2026: Very centrally located, and we walked in without a reservation. We were served immediately. We had the daily special, which was chicken strips with rice and curry, and it was delicious, as were the prawn fritters. The service was very friendly and attentive. Also, if you register on their website, you get a 20% discount on regular menu items, not just the daily special.

27/09/2026: Food was nice but we paid 20 euro for a " big" roll, very disappointed with the size. Very small not worth the money! Will not order it again and would not recommend it. Everything else was fine. Very nice staff working there.

14/09/2026: I have found that when talking to people in the Dublin area, all have recommended Takara as the best ramen bar by a landslide, and I couldn’t agree more! For the past year or so I have visited this restaurant every time I was in Dublin and each time was met with incredible food and service! Pricing: Takara has excellent pricing across the board, especially for ramen and bento boxes. I have found other restaurants in Dublin to charge €18-20 for a single bowl of ramen, whereas Takara has consistently kept their prices at the €13 mark which is incredible value for the food you are getting. Food: Takara offers a wide variety of food at their establishment such as sushi, bento boxes, ramen and more. Personally, I am a huge fan of the variety of ramen, as myself and my friends all have different food restrictions and it can be hard to find a place that suits all of us. However Takara offers different ramen with beef, pork, chicken and even vegan ramen, making it inclusive for all! Service: I have found the service here to be excellent every time I’ve visited. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the food is served quickly no matter how busy the establishment. Additionally, I often find the portion sizes large and have always asked for a container to take my leftovers home, each time staff have kindly provided me with a takeaway box and bag for my convenience which allows me to get two meals out of their wonderful food and prevent waste. Overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s interest was even slightly peaked by their menu or the reviews. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

14/09/2026: Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!! I stayed in Dublin for four and a half days and ate at this restaurant three times, I would of gone more if I didn't have all day tours. The kimchi is incredible!!!

04/09/2026: Words can’t describe…. Check the pictures and imagine the taste. I’m Italian, the matcha Tiramisu is amazing 🤩 A lots of Asian people that is a sign that food is authentic.
