Ring of Kerry Hotel

09/09/2024: Walked from Mannix Point campsite for mid afternoon Sunday lunch. We found the atmosphere, cleanliness and staff all excellent. Food was quick to arrive and plentiful. We then walked another 10 mins into the town. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the hotel again. Well done.

22/07/2024: What a fantastic place. The cleanliness, helpfulness, uniqueness, calmness - all excellent - not to mention the food and great way to have breakfast in your room. Great place to explore the area with so much to do and see in South Kerry.
19/07/2024: This place is a gem in the middle of Cahershiveen. Worth a trip just to treat yourself to a meal here. The ambience is beautifully thought out. The fish and meat and veg here is some of the best on this island and it is cooked by a team that treat it with respect and give you plates of food you will enjoy from start to finish.

21/10/2024: The Lazy Cat Café is a really lovely, cosy café. They have the best coffee in Cahersiveen and always have a selection of freshly baked cakes. I ordered a birthday cake for my son recently that surpassed out expectations. We could choose from several cake types and any form of decoration that we wanted. We choose the strawberry cream cake, which was light, fresh and delicious. The appearance of the cake was absolutely fantastic too. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
19/10/2024: Incredibly delicious, this is now my favorite place. Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and such delicious food. Thank you very much, I will come visit you again!

20/10/2024: We got a cappuccino, a mocha, and lemon cake. Mocha tastes like what Cafe Nerro tries and fails to do with their deluxe mochas, but Bari actually succeeded. Lemon cake was a lacking in flavor though
15/10/2024: This food was a beautiful stop. We highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Wrap (it has a unique sweet mango chutney), Spiced Chai, and the Skellig Hot Chocolate (with marshmallows, of course)

07/08/2024: I enjoyed an excellent dinner choosing the tagliatelle with shrimp and lobster, it was really very good, the pudding for dessert was very tasty, special mention for the very professional waiter for his young age.

29/09/2024: We were visiting with our family -the Andy O’Connel’s in the town of Cahersiveen (where our mom grew up) and actually stopped by the Fertha Restaurant several times as we enjoyed their food, the atmosphere, the service, meeting the friendly locals and friends of the family but most of all Geraldine who was always there welcoming us with a worm friendly smile. We will be sure to stop by to say hello the next time we are in town.

25/10/2024: Great pub, good beer and great food! The owner came out to serve us our stew and was a lovely man, would recommend the pub to anyone staying in the area or doing the ring of Kerry!
23/10/2024: Came in for dinner, stayed for drinks and the atmosphere! Fantastic hearty Guinness stew presented by a lovely chef who turned out to be the humble owner, and made great by the friendly and attentive bar staff - highlight of our trip
