18/07/2026: Amazing refined touch lifting amazing locally sourced ingredients. Had house-smoked trout to start and monkfish for main. Hard to choose between the desserts.
Worth booking and making a detour. Great value 2 and 3 course options and amazing bread and butter included.
13/07/2026: Absolutely extraordinary!! Spectacular, mostly locally sourced cuisine. Incredible presentation. Very innovative and well styled. Fabulous service. Could not recommend more highly.

Quinlans Seafood Bar
Killorglin
30/04/2026: Outstanding — We visited Quinlans Fish Shop in Killorglin today with a group of 27 students and teachers from Kerry and Alicante.
From the moment I called into Joe to plan the visit, nothing was a problem. I was able to keep him updated on the progress of our day and give him an estimate of our return to Killorglin. He stayed in contact with us throughout the day, accommodated our changing timeline without any fuss, and had fresh food ready and waiting when we arrived.
What really stood out was how Joe & Quiinlans handled four members of our group who are coeliac and required gluten-free fish and chips. Joe managed this seamlessly, ensuring nobody was left out or compromised. That kind of attention to dietary needs in a busy fish shop is rare and very impressive.
The real testament to the quality of the food is this: every single person in our group of 27 ate every last bite they were given. That speaks for itself.
This is our second time bringing a large student group to Quinlans, and it won't be our last. Huge credit to Joe and all the team — you made a logistically tricky part of our day completely effortless and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommended to anyone in County Kerry, whether you're a local or passing through.
26/04/2026: The staff were very friendly, and the owner would even come out to chat with customers. The food quality was excellent; we ordered Sea Bass, Cod & Chips, and Lemon Sole, all of which were fresh and delicious. The price was a little high, but it didn't disappoint us at all, and we enjoyed a very tasty meal.

05/08/2026: A truly magical wedding venue for couples looking for a more intimate and personalised wedding.
Our wedding at 10 Bridge Street in Killorglin was absolutely remarkable, and we could not be happier with how our special day turned out thanks to all the team at 10 Bridge Street.
From the moment we began planning, Cliodhna provided us with local vendor contacts, introduced us to Paul and Erwin from The Kingston Townhouse for accommodation and Terry from Shades of bloom, a local florist in Kilorglin for our beautiful flower column, who I should also mention provided outstanding customer service and professionalism throughout the entire process.
The flexibility of the venue allowed us to create a day that truly suited who we are and suited our budget. Cliodhna and her team gave us complete freedom over the atmosphere and the music, which allowed us to soundtrack our celebration exactly the way we wanted. We decided against live ceremony music and played our own song choices over the PA system which worked flawlessly and allowed us to put the money we saved towards a live band and DJ.
The level of care extended to every single one of our guests, particularly those with dietary restrictions. We received glowing feedback from our celiac guests, who mentioned that the staff went completely above and beyond to ensure they were safely and exceptionally well looked after. Knowing that our loved ones felt so safe and cared for regarding their food meant the world to us and speaks volumes about the team's attentiveness and professionalism.
All our guests raved about the food choices and how beautiful the food was. So good myself and my husband had a second helping of the starters, we had tried both at the menu tasting and could not decide which one we wanted more, the brie or the black pudding Bon Bon’s, And they were too good to share between us!
The location in Killorglin also proved to be the perfect base for our timeline. Because the team was so accommodating and organized, we were able to get our dream photos taken on the Dingle Peninsula before the ceremony, which is just under an hour away. Being able to capture those stunning coastal backdrops and still return for an intimate, tailored celebration at 10 Bridge Street made our wedding day everything we had ever hoped for.
Special mention to Maura’s Cottage flowers, The Celebrants way Cara Fuller, Shane Turner Photography, Wedding Stories by Maurice, SiogCakes and Pristine Classics Wedding car and Ice Cream bike who all brought something special to the day.
10 Bridge Street gave us a truly unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime wedding, and we genuinely cannot recommend them enough.
15/06/2026: To anybody that is planning a wedding don't look any further than 10 bridge street. I'm 58 year's old and been to quite a few weddings in my life but none of them can compare to bridge street, absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish.my daughter got married here on the June bank holiday, right from the start while clionadh was discussing options for them totally relaxing experience nothing is a problem, very budget friendly, beautiful building stained glass windows are gorgeous, acoustics are astounding,a far superior venue than some of the more overpriced popular spots, food was to die for every plate went back cleaned, the pint's 10 out of 10 clionadh, Debbie, eurena and the rest of the staff were fantastic and I'll say it again nothing was a problem if you wanted more food you got it no questions about it they couldn't be more helpful,I myself if I could give a 10! Star rating I'd do it all day long perfection some of the expensive venues could learn an awful lot from clionadh you will have no regrets if you decide to book your wedding day here at bridge street I can honestly say not being biased since it was my daughter that it was the best wedding venue that I've ever been at and everyone else was of the same opinion, so thanks for the great day clionadh and the gang and best wishes for the future from a very happy dad ,Mick from cork

Kingstons Boutique Hotel & Pub
Killorglin
09/11/2025: wonderful apartment, perfectly located. tasty breakfast, friendly staff. would definitely recommend and will return.
16/10/2025: Hello,
It's a shame that for our last stop we were disappointed by our stay at your hotel.
On your advice, we had booked through your website (confirmed by email from you) that breakfast was included. "Tom," I believe, refused us breakfast for the next morning. We had until 9 p.m. for dinner, and we arrived before 9 p.m. You told us the kitchens were closed so we could enjoy your famous pizzas.
Finally, the room was very noisy, the window did not at all insulate from the noise of the road next to a very busy road!
A shame about our last evening, a bad experience.
Night of October 14-15, 2025
I'm not used to reviews, but our travel planner advised us to let you know about our disappointing visit.

13/07/2026: We were treated very kindly and courteously, despite being clearly identifiable as tourists (wearing "Pubs of Ireland" T-shirts). Great live music! The pub doesn't serve food.
16/06/2026: Best pub ever, very friendly owners and locals, we absolutely loved it! We were a group of tourists from Italy and felt so welcome we never wanted to leave.

Chickenzone killorglin

12/04/2026: Betrayed by Google reviews. Ordered a doner kebab. The lamb was very low quality. I had tiny bits of bone in every bite. Couldn't finish as it was so off putting. Flavour was ok, shame
10/04/2026: There is no option for 0 stars same as the ‘no option’ for sauce. Manager spoke to my friend on the phone so rudely. We are missing €27 worth of food and he offered us €10 refund but wanted us to come back to get it. We asked for a doner burger and it had no burger meat in it. We are missing 4 drinks, and my friend’s doner kebab had sauce on it when she didn’t click sauce on it. He screamed at my friend on the phone and didn’t give us our food. The reviews here sadly don’t meet expectations. I would avoid this. Extremely disappointing experience

04/06/2026: Best 4 in 1 I’ve had but i’d get the plain as it’s nicer. Very nice food I love it here and the staff are so friendly
05/04/2026: I've visited a few times while in Killorglin. Always hoping to get a clearer read on this place, I still haven't managed it.
The staff here are genuinely lovely and always pleasant to deal with. No complaints there whatsoever. Portion sizes are also seriously impressive, the price is on the slightly higher side, but the amount of food you get does reflect that, so fair enough.
The problem is the food itself and how unpredictable it seems to be. Every visit feels like a dice roll. The food can be delicious, mediocre, or sometimes just simply inedible. There's no pattern to it that I can identify, which makes it hard to recommend with any confidence.
My suspicion is an ingredient substitution issue. When they run out of their usual stock, they seem to swap to noticeably cheaper or lower quality alternatives. The chips are a good example, they have a go-to frozen chip that's actually quite good. But when that runs out, whatever replaces it is obviously a large step down. The same issue crops up elsewhere in chicken dishes too. Could be the product, or could be the freshness. Even the sauces can taste totally different each visit, again not sure if its a substitution issue or just how long what they're serving has been sitting out for.
It's perhaps understandable for a small family run restaurant managing costs, but it directly affects the dining experience in a way that's hard to ignore. I'd be much more likely to come to spend more money here if they were willing to spend more money ensuring they're consistent with the quality of the ingredients they use.
There's a genuinely good restaurant in here somewhere, but until the consistency improves, I can't give it more than 3 stars total.

Apache Pizza Killorglin
Killorglin
30/07/2026: Went to Peter’s on a recent Wednesday evening. The place is clearly popular with a mix of eat-in and takeaway customers. They do a great range of smash burgers, as good, if not better, than any I’ve had elsewhere. I went for the Classic and was not disappointed. The chips are genuine chipper chips which is a real bonus. The staff were friendly and the service good. Would definitely go back.
10/07/2026: Charging pub prices for Apache Pizza food. Avoid

23/04/2026: We visited as a group of three while traveling around Ireland, and this was easily one of the best meals we had on our trip. The shop was incredibly clean and had a great atmosphere. Every dish we ordered tasted fantastic.
I'd highly recommend the food here! A special shout-out to Patrick, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Excellent food and even better service
06/04/2026: They can't take orders properly & overcharged me, and my order was not as requested (asked for spicy and they gave me normal instead). The food was bland and more greasy than usual.
Also they didn't call out the order to confirm it when ordering, for some reason. Terrible customer service.
