16/12/2024: Absolutely delicious and a perfect place to take a break while doing the ring of kerry! The atmosphere was awesome, service was fantastic, and the food was phenomenal!

13/11/2024: Don’t miss this cafe if you are travelling through Waterville. In fact you should even make a detour to experience it. We had the best toasted sandwich ever here and followed it up with a delicious serving of carrot cake. Excellent food eaten outside on a sunny warm November day - heaven!

07/11/2024: We have literally just left this wonderful, family operated cafe and already wish we could return for another stunning breakfast. Not only was the food great for all you traditional Irish breakfast lovers, but the care and talent put into the vegan/vegetarian version was super appreciated. Staff are warm and welcoming! We’ll certainly remember this stop on our trip and we know you won’t forget it either.

20/02/2025: Went here on a date with my boyfriend and both got cocktails. So delicious and sat right in the window and watched the world go by. Love the atmosphere and staff in here. Thank you for a great evening.

26/01/2025: We came here from another city, on January 26.01.25 specially to this cafe, it was indicated on Google maps that the restaurant was open, we arrived and it turned out that they were closed, it was unexpected and very unpleasant

25/01/2025: We ordered tea from them and asked that if we can take it to the ocean side, and they were so welcoming, they let us take their crockery to the ocean side and we enjoyed our tea with ocean waves. For more details, we have shared our experience at our YouTube channel handle @DocOnTrail

25/01/2025: We had stay at this awesome hotel during our honeymoon trip. Rooms are very tidy, clean and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dinner at Fishermen’s was good. We asked them about Halal Vegan food and they managed to provide us up to our demand. Highly appreciated gesture 👍👍 Breakfast chef at Charlie’s Restaurant was very welcoming. Breakfast’s taste was awesome. Overall experience was very good. We will also give reviews at our YouTube handle @DocOnTrail.

29/01/2025: Absolutely loved the time there.This is a family owned and run bar with restaurant. The staff were kind,caring,delightful friendly to us.Food is delicious.I highly recommend this family owned and run restaurant.

29/01/2025: We called in without warning. Greeted warrmly and able to order drinks and then a meal . I asked that I wished to share it with my wife. They served it in even portions just how I imagined a share meal should be. - Thankyou. Food was delicious. Place was clean and warm. Good view of the bay from inside.
