18/03/2024: Nice place alright. Beautiful. Loads of staff. Nice menu. Big enough portions. But staff isn't paying enough attention to visitors. We have clearly stated we want no allergens. It was ingnored. Asked for a tea. Ignored as well. Might be because of the weekend staff was tired. But will never ever go there again.
17/02/2024: Very enjoyable meal. Thanks to Nicole for all your advice on food and wine. You know your stuff and have a fantastic attitude. We definitely set a Guinness World Record for rock paper scissors. Looking forward to a rematch😀

28/03/2024: Had a family birthday meal here and the food and service were excellent. The location is also good and great views of the river.
10/12/2023: Had lunch here today with friends. Food was beautiful and great variety on menu. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend Ashbrook Arms Town House. Will certainly be making another trip.

01/01/2024: Was down in Portarlington the other day n was looking for a coffee so decidedcto check out this place post recommendation from friend. Loved the place moment i went in - really friendly welcome. Lovely cosy athmosphere n while i only got a sit in coffee, tea n cake the menu looks good. Judging by amount of people there it is popular and prices reasonable. Parked down in park n only 5 minute walk from restaurant. Definitely recommed and will go back 👍

25/02/2024: Had a fabulous spa day, with high tea. Lovely ! 2 small things, the music was a little too loud in spa and during treatments. Also, the high tea was a little sweet heavy - some cheese or pate would have been nice in place of one of the cakes.

Came In here once to escape the chills of winter, but with nice stools and counters to have your coffee or hot chocolate at, I've come back time and time again.
Great drinks at great prices with the woman who works here always coming across as kind and approachable.
19/11/2023: Excellent coffee in a shop packed with interesting wines and a great range of quality fancy foods. Lovely staff too.
